FHI 360 adopts a survivor-centred, trauma-informed, and rights-based approach to GBV prevention and response, focusing on strengthening the capacity of frontline service providers, improving referral and coordination mechanisms, and ensuring safe, confidential, and ethical engagement with survivors. This position will support the delivery of high-quality GBV training across selected provinces, contributing to improved service quality and strengthened GBV response systems.
Job Summary:The Project Lead will provide overall technical, operational, and strategic leadership for the delivery of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) training across five selected provinces under the ABT–PATH subcontract. The role ensures high-quality implementation, strong stakeholder coordination, compliance with DFAT and FHI360 safeguarding standards, and timely delivery of outputs and reports.
AccountabilitiesProgram Leadership & Management- Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of GBV training activities across all five provinces.
- Oversee development and adaptation of training schedules, workplans, and budgets.
- Ensure alignment with ABT/PATH objectives, DFAT requirements, and national GBV policies.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and mentoring of GBV Training Officers and M&E Officer.
Stakeholder Engagement- Act as the primary focal point with ABT, Provincial Health Authorities (PHAs), and key GBV stakeholders.
- Strengthen coordination with health, police, welfare, and referral pathway actors.
- Represent FHI360 in technical meetings and provincial engagements related to GBV.
Quality Assurance & Safeguarding- Ensure all training activities adhere to FHI360 and DFAT safeguarding, PSEAH, and child protection policies.
- Maintain high technical and ethical standards in GBV training delivery.
- Address implementation risks and escalate issues promptly.
Reporting & Compliance- Review and approve programmatic and narrative reports for submission to ABT.
- Ensure accurate documentation of activities, lessons learned, and outcomes.
- Support audits, performance assessments, and compliance reviews as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience- Postgraduate qualification in public health, social sciences, gender studies, development, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in GBV programming, training, or gender-focused development work.
- Proven experience managing donor-funded programs (DFAT experience highly desirable).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Workshop
GFC is convening a two-day learning and framing workshop on June 9-10, 2026, in London to:
- Explore and consolidate our organizational experience with masculinities programming across a continuum of focused and more exploratory work in this space with community-based organizations that GFC funds
- Deepen our collective thinking about what we mean by healthy or caring masculinities in a cross-regional context
- Identify what we want to support, resource, and champion in this field going forward, resulting in a working framework to describe GFC’s approach.
A core internal group at GFC will play a meaningful role in the design of the workshop. The facilitator will work in partnership with this team to finalize a workshop agenda.

Role Purpose
The Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Technical Advisor provides technical leadership and expertise to advance gender equality, disability inclusion and broader social inclusion across Save the Children Cambodia’s programming, advocacy, partnerships and internal practices.
The role supports the Country Office to deliver high-quality, inclusive and equitable programmes that ensure girls, boys and children with disabilities are able to survive, learn and be protected, and can meaningfully participate in decisions affecting their lives.
The GEDSI Advisor ensures that programmes are grounded in intersectional gender and power analysis and that Save the Children’s Gender Equality Policy, Disability Inclusion Policy and Programme Quality Framework are systematically applied across the programme cycle—from design to implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
Working within the PDQI team, the role collaborates with programme sectors (education, child protection, health, nutrition, climate and child rights governance), MEAL, advocacy and operations colleagues to strengthen programme quality, evidence generation and influencing efforts.
The role contributes to Save the Children’s ambition to address inequality and discrimination affecting children, particularly those most marginalised, including girls, children with disabilities and other socially excluded groups.In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies, disability studies, human rights or related field
Experience and Skills:
Essential- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in gender equality, disability inclusion or social inclusion programming.

The training is expected to be designed primarily as a self-guided course to maximise accessibility and scalability, while incorporating interactive and practical elements that support applied learning. Scope of workThe selected organisation will be expected to:- Develop a progressive and structured curriculum that moves from introductory digital security fundamentals to more advanced risk mitigation practices suitable for higher-risk environments.
- Design approximately 8–10 learning modules that combine clear explanatory content with practical tools, case studies, exercises, and knowledge checks.
- Ensure that the content is globally relevant, reflecting the lived realities of LGBTI organisations in different legal and socio-political contexts, while remaining adaptable to regional specificities.
- Produce the training initially in English and Spanish, with materials designed to facilitate future translation and contextual adaptation.
- Collaborate with ILGA World to ensure alignment with ILGA Academy’s pedagogical framework, accessibility standards, and digital platform requirements.
- Provide a clear outline of learning objectives and competencies, including how participants’ knowledge and confidence will be strengthened as a result of the training.
- Proposals may also include optional components such as pilot delivery to selected cohorts of ILGA staff and members, feedback integration, or training-of-trainers approaches to strengthen regional delivery capacity.
Deliverables and timeframe
The anticipated timeframe for completion is approximately 3–6 months from contract signature. Deliverables should include- a detailed curriculum outline,

Role of the PSS and Community Development Unit Manager:
SEED is seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychosocial Support (PSS) and Community Development (CD) Manager to lead the PSS/CD Unit and guide on SEED’s strategic objective of engaging and empowering communities. The PSS/CD Manager will lead and plan for the implementation of community-based programming aimed at engaging and empowering communities towards the development of a strong, healthy, resilient, and cohesive society through community-based initiatives designed to foster social and emotional well-being, prevent violence and discrimination, and promote social and economic empowerment. The PSS/CD Manager will oversee and support the technical/thematic leads and implementation of PSS/CD programming across thematic pillars, various programs, and locations across Kurdistan. The Manager will lead a team to design, manage, adapt, and support implementation of programming that improves MH and psychosocial wellbeing, achieves gender equality and ends GBV, and protects children and empowers their development. The PSS/CD Unit Manager will work in close collaboration with the MEAL Unit to ensure communities are involved from the start until the end of each program and that feedback is collected and the learnings are at the foundation of any future programming and requests for funding. This position requires a leader with both a deep understanding of psychosocial support and the ability to design community-driven interventions that promote positive social behaviors. The role also includes managing PSS resources, managing staff and building their capacity, and planning and guiding the strategic direction and execution of SEED’s community programming.
Essential criteria:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Gender Studies, International Development, Public Health or related field.

Role of the Board of Directors
The UAF-Africa Board of Directors comprises leaders from African feminist and women’s rights movements who are dedicated to the organisation’s mission, grounded in power and clarity of vision.
Serving on the UAF-Africa Board of Directors is an extraordinary opportunity for women who are passionate about strengthening leadership and governance in feminist and women’s rights organisations in Africa. Board members will participate in two face-to-face board meetings per year, read board materials in advance of board meetings, and come prepared to ask questions and participate in governance, strategic and generative discussions and debates. They will also be asked to serve on one or more committees and actively participate in committee work. Board terms last for three years, and board members can serve for up to two consecutive terms. The monthly time required would be 10-15 hours.

Minimum Qualification Requirements- A Master’s degree in Gender and Inclusion, Social Sciences, Public Health (Sexual Reproductive (SRH), Gender Based Violence (GBV), Health, project implementation particularly in health sector.

The Global Survivors Fund (GSF) was launched in October 2019 by Dr. Denis Mukwege and Nadia Murad, 2018 Nobel Peace Prize laureates. Its mission is to enhance access to reparations for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence around the globe, thus responding to a gap long identified by survivors. GSF acts to provide interim reparative measures in situations where states or other parties are unable or unwilling to meet their responsibilities.
Intern Responsibilities
Financing Reparations Workstream (80%)
Under the supervision of the Senior Advocacy and Policy Officer, the intern will support GSF’s research and advocacy agenda on financing reparations, with a particular focus on the development of a dedicated research module on reparations financing, in particular reparation fund structures and governance. Responsibilities will include:
• Conduct legal, policy, and comparative research to support a specific research module on financing of reparations for gross human rights violations(especially) reparation fund structures and governance; drafting background papers, research notes, comparative case summaries, and analytical inputs; assisting with literature reviews, source tracking, and the organisation of research materials relevant to reparations financing and fund establishment;
• Support the operation of the Financing Cluster, including preparation of agendas, drafting meeting summaries, tracking follow-up actions, and ensuring that Financing Cluster discussions and outputs feed coherently into the reparations financing research module, advocacy priorities and are disseminated to the wider organisation;
GSF Online / Knowledge Management – International Advocacy and Policy Team (20%)
In coordination with the supervisor and relevant colleagues, the intern will support the International Advocacy and Policy team’s use of project and knowledge management platform “GSF Online”:
• Support the migration, organisation, and structuring of International Advocacy and Policy materials within GSF Online;

- Facilitate quarterly finance meetings
- Support development of the 2027–2032 Strategic Plan
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates should have 7–10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate:- Strong commitment to feminist movement building and SRHR
- Experience working with networks, coalitions, or membership organizations
- Strength in systems thinking, facilitation, and operations leadership
- Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and grants
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in remote, multicultural teams
