2. Duties and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :- In collaboration with the Co-Director, determine and maintain strategic focus for the VAW Prevention in line with the Raising Voices organizational strategy.
- Lead periodic strategic reviews and reflections of the VAW Prevention; to further strengthen the strategy.
Technical Expertise :- Oversee and provide technical guidance and implementation of the VAW Prevention program and activities that promote quality and innovation in VAW Practice, the Network and Influencing areas.
- Lead/ support the development of program initiatives and tools that are informed by clear theory, evidence, and feminist principles.
Finance and, Operational Management :- Lead the preparation of the work plan and budget for the VAW Prevention department and participate in the organizational budget making processes.
- Guided by the authorization matrix, review and approve concepts and payments, confirming alignment to work plan, approved budgets, and overall Raising Voices strategy.
Internal and External Relations :- Build and maintain mutually productive relationships with partners and other likeminded organizations.
- In collaboration with the Co- Director, deepen and diversify partnerships with activist/women rights organizations, academic / research institutes, thought leaders, and others.
Personal Growth, Team Supervision and Mentorship :- Set annual performance goals with the supervisor with intentional growth in your area of work.

Qualification- Minimum – BA Degree in development, social work, gender, human rights fields, or any other related area.
- Over 11 years’ experience working with an NGO and substantive experience in VAW Prevention; at least 6 of which should be in program leadership.
- Strong track record of technical leadership, and proven ability to produce demonstrable results.
- In depth Knowledge on women’s rights issues and feminist analysis of VAW.
- Understanding of effective VAW Prevention approaches and the current state of the field.
- Familiarity with coalition and movement building strategies.
- Knowledge of various learning methods and ways of knowledge generation.
- Good understanding of program coordination and financial management including oversight of large budgets.

Consultant’s Responsibilities
Financial planning and budgeting
• Develop and maintain detailed budgets and forecasts for programme activities, including set-up costs;
• Prepare and maintain budget tracking tools by location, activity, and cost category, and update projections based on implementation progress;
• Support budget revisions and reallocations as needed, ensuring documentation and approvals are in place.
Financial controls and compliance
• Ensure all financial processes comply with GSF finance policies and any donor requirements linked to the funding;
• Set up and maintain clear documentation standards for payments and procurement, including coding and filing conventions;
• Maintain audit ready finance files, ensuring completeness of supporting documents and clear traceability from request to approval to payment;

Procurement finance oversight

• Support any spot checks, internal reviews, or audits, including preparation of documentation packs and responses to findings;
• Escalate suspected irregularities or non-compliance promptly through internal reporting lines.
Consultancy requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field;

• Experience working on donor-funded programmes is required, with GIZ experience considered a strong asset;

Job Summary
UBC has a responsibility to maintain an environment where its community members can study, work, and live free from concerns of sexual violence and sexual misconduct. The Office of Sexual Violence Prevention & Response (SVPRO) is the primary point of contact for survivors/victims of sexual misconduct, as well as for their family, friends, colleagues and supervisors. SVPRO coordinates and oversees all UBC sexual misconduct disclosure response protocols and processes, communications, resource materials, and training.The Director, SVPRO is responsible for providing senior strategic leadership regarding issues related to the prevention of and response to incidents of sexual misconduct. This role will work to reduce barriers to disclosure and ensure informed decision-making about reporting, support, and resources, ensuring that those impacted by sexual misconduct receive comprehensive care and support in accessing the legal services, academic and/or employment accommodations and health and reporting processes. As a liaison to provincial and national dialogues regarding SVPRO-related topics and issues, the Director is responsible for ensuring assessment and reporting measures (including the SVPRO Annual Report) are developed and implemented to identify opportunities for improved service and education for community awareness, including effective resources.The Director, SVPRO leads, engages and empowers a front-line team of staff with the required expertise to support the community, to coordinate efforts in response to all forms of sexual misconduct, including convening and leading necessary multidisciplinary teams. They will be responsible for an emphasis on psychological safety and team wellbeing.The Director provides strategic leadership in the proactive transformation and effective implementation of SC17: Sexual Misconduct Policy. They will be responsible for leading organizational systemic change in a complex higher educational institute, and setting a vision to ensure intersectional, trauma-informed and confidential support is provided for faculty, staff, and students who have experienced sexual misconduct. This vision will include the development and implementation of education programs regarding preventing, responding to, and reporting sexual misconduct.
Minimum Qualifications-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.-At least 10 to 12 years of related professional experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience, in a complex, diverse organization requiring knowledge and experience in project management, supervision, administration, conflict resolution, human rights / social justice work, equity and inclusion or the equivalent combination of education or relevant experience.

2.0 Project Objectives & Scope of Work The primary objective of this engagement is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of new revenue stream opportunities and develop a clear, actionable strategy for MSI Reproductive Choices Canada. Key Activities:
- Discovery: A swift and focused review of our MSI’s financial model, existing grants and contributions, and interviews with 5 senior leadership.
- Strategic Analysis: A targeted market conditions scan to identify and evaluate new funding opportunities in Canada specifically relevant to our mission and scale among private foundations and high net-worth individuals.

Objectives
The research partner will deliver a report that:
1. Provides a national snapshot of the male engagement landscape with relevance to girls’ education, policy change, gender norms and with deeper analysis of North East and North west Nigeria.
2. Contextualises the recommendations with analysis of ecosystem capacity, resource flows, and innovation across the male engagement space and specifically where it intersects with Girls’ Education — and where gaps constrain progress.
3. Surfaces credible models, vignettes, lessons learnt, principles of effective practice and recommendations for practitioners and Allies working in Girls’ Education (e.g., fatherhood programmes, faith-based mobilisation, teacher pathways, media storytelling).
4. Identifies risks, pitfalls, and safeguards to support credible, feminist-aligned male engagement.
5. Illuminates how male engagement can meaningfully support the enabling environment for policy change and implementation linked to Malala Fund’s priority areas.
6. Produces actionable recommendations for Malala Fund, Girls’ Education CSOs and male allies with additional consideration for how these findings could be used by policymakers and donors.
7. Through conducting the research, supports community-building through facilitated validation and learning sessions with practitioners, Education Champions Network (ECN), and allies.
Required Expertise Malala Fund seeks a Nigeria-based research individual, organisation or consortium with:

Scope of Work
PC Kenya is seeking the services of a professional consultant to provide guidance to the IPO, the Foundation and its implementing partners on the integration of gender equality and social inclusion principles and measurement indicators into the design and evaluation of programs across various platforms (PANA, E&T, SP&I and HECSI). Reporting to the IPO Senior Management Team (SMT), the consultant will work with the IPO to perform the following tasks: 1) Provide thought leadership on gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) principles, frameworks and measurement approaches, including theoretical and practical application in program design and evaluation;
2) Develop guidelines and tools for integrating gender equality and social inclusion (gender, youth engagement, disability inclusion, refugee and displaced persons, and safeguarding) into program design, implementation, and evaluations across different platforms (PANA, E&T, SP&I);
3) Conduct training of IPO staff, the Foundation’s Impact Team, and the Foundation’s implementing partners on integration of the guidelines and tools in program design, implementation and evaluation upon approval by the Foundation;
4) Contribute to sense-making of insights generated from the integration of gender equality and social inclusion guidelines and tools in the design and evaluation of programs supported by the Foundation;
5) Maintain the highest ethical standards when handling any information provided by the IPO or the Foundation, including ensuring security and maintaining confidentiality of the information; and
6) Participate in meetings with IPO consortium partners as needed to clarify any issues pertaining to the engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
The consultant should have the following minimum qualifications:

Working at the UvADecode the Data Behind the Gender Gap in ArtYou will be based in the Department of Psychology, working as part of a unique interdisciplinary team spanning Psychology, Informatics, and Digital History. Internship Description and Responsibilities
Intern responsibilities vary and are determined individually for each intern.
