Sexual & reproductive rights (SRHR) HealthWhat is The Pleasure Fellow Scheme 2025?The Pleasure Fellow Scheme is a fellowship opportunity for anyone interested in advocating for pleasure in the sexual and reproductive health world. It consists of a series of online sessions where you’ll be given different tools and skills that are relevant to promote pleasure inclusive sexual health in your communities and/or at a global scale. These sessions will include speakers from our team at The Pleasure Project and external speakers.
Who can apply and participate in the Pleasure Fellow Scheme 2025?We are looking for people who are passionate about promoting sexual pleasure and pleasure inclusive sexual health. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and groups. We encourage projects that represent and serve marginalized or underrepresented communities. We want to reach out to as many regions, identities and communities as possible and provide as many opportunities as we can to those who have been traditionally marginalized from initiatives and projects revolving around pleasure. We strongly encourage applicants from the Carribean, Pacific, and Asia regions to apply.
We encourage applications from a wide range of fields, including folks with medical training; faith and religious training; humanitarian and emergency workers; artists; creators, performers and professionals from ethical explicit media; experts in contraceptive research technologies, and folks working to transform patriarchal masculinities to apply. We invite anyone with a keen interest in promoting sexual pleasure regardless of their professional or advocacy background on sexual and reproductive health.
What kind of projects can we pitch for the scheme once accepted as fellows?We do not have a preferred type of project - all kinds are welcome! We encourage applicants to think of projects that are clear, impactful and can be sustainable. Although we are aware that the funding is not much, a seed can transform into a tree. However, as the fellowship scheme will be in English, the pitch and final report would need to be in English.What are the requirements of the Pleasure Fellow Scheme 2025 in order to participate as a fellowship member?- Working knowledge of the English language, as all sessions and documentation will be presented in English.
- Availability to participate in online sessions which will take place approximately twice a month on Saturdays for five months (with a duration of 2h per session). Fellows will be asked to sign a document agreeing to assist for a minimum of sessions. Sessions will start in November 2025 and last until March 2026.
- Internet accessibility.
- Access to a bank account. Since fellows can be awarded up to $1,500 USD for their projects, they need to have a bank account that can receive TransferWise funding in dollars.

The Opportunity
As Communications and Media Manager, you will lead the strategic communications and media efforts of Plan International’s EU Office, driving visibility and influence across key EU audiences. Sitting at the intersection of advocacy, policy, and programming, this role is central to positioning Plan International as a credible and impactful voice on children’s rights and gender equality. Working closely with the Influencing, Partnerships, and Management Teams, you will craft and deliver cohesive messaging that strengthens our profile and supports our mission within the EU context
About you- Proven experience in communications and media roles, with a strong track record of successful media engagement and placements, particularly in the EU media landscape
- Expertise in social media management, including live coverage, content creation, platform algorithms, and creative asset development
- Strong understanding of EU institutions and policy, especially EU humanitarian aid, development, and international cooperation frameworks related to child rights and gender equality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences; additional languages are an asset

Missions
ActionAid France recrute un∙e chargé∙e de campagne afin de :
- documenter et dénoncer les violations des droits des femmes au travail à travers la planète, en particulier dans le secteur industriel,
- soutenir les travailleuses qui se mobilisent pour leur dignité,
- renforcer les organisations qui les défendent,
- faire adopter et appliquer des règles contraignantes aux niveaux national et international qui protègent les travailleuses.
La ou le chargé∙e de campagne "Droits des femmes" organisera les activités de campagne, de plaidoyer et de contentieux d’ActionAid France sur ces thématiques.
Ce travail se fera en lien avec les instances et les militant∙e∙s, et en lien avec la fédération ActionAid International et ses affiliés dans d’autres pays. Le ou la chargé∙e de campagne réalisera un travail exploratoire sur de nouveaux axes de campagne, à la communication externe et interne et à la mobilisation des militant∙e∙s sur ces thématiques.
Profil recherché- Formation en sciences humaines (droit international, économie, genre, relations internationales, sciences politiques, sociologie) ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Expérience professionnelle d’au moins trois ans, notamment dans le domaine des campagnes et du plaidoyer.
- Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine associatif.
- Expérience de suivi budgétaire liée aux cofinancements institutionnels et au suivi de partenariats.

- At least 5 years of responsible work experience in the fields of gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls
- Experience in managing government and private sector relations in Viet Nam is an advantage

The primary objective of the consultancy is to support an international NGO in its process to register an association in Switzerland and operationalize that association, ensuring that it meets all the financial, operational, legal and regulatory requirements for establishment and operation.
2. Registration and Operationalization
In close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders and external advisors the consultant will coordinate a smooth and efficient preparation process so that the new association is operational. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop a detailed timeline and project management plan for all steps needed. This should include all financial, governance, regulatory and operational elements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to manage the document preparation, review and approval process. Assist in drafting and/or reviewing the necessary documents.
- Prepare a full-run down of any changes needed to operations, financial processes and HR in order to fully comply with regulatory standards for Swiss associations.
- Together with internal stakeholders and external advisors coordinate efforts to put in place these changes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure all financial elements of registration are comprehensively identified, planned for and implemented efficiently and successfully. Coordinate succesful transition of bank accounts, tax registration, social insurances etc. Prepare a full run down of the new association’s annual reporting, audit, and any other regulatory and financial obligations.
- Support the creation of the new Swiss association’s Governance body (board) and prepare guidance materials on governance operating procedures.
- Support for any HR or Operations adjustments of relevance.
- Coordinate the process to apply as an association with charitable status for tax exemption, including direct federal tax and cantonal-municipal tax (incl. VAT).- Provide general advice on best practices for establishing and operating an NGO in Switzerland.Deliverables

4. Consultant Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of administering Swiss payroll systems and social insurances.
- Strong understanding of the specific challenges and needs faced by international NGOs operating in Switzerland.

Gender-based violence (GBV) PSEA/ SafeguardingJob Description
Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission in Mozambique and in close coordination with the Regional PSEAH Officer and the global PSEAH Unit, as well as relevant thematic specialists within the Country Office, Regional Office, and Headquarters (HQ), the incumbent will be responsible for facilitating IOM’s PSEAH prevention and response efforts at the country level, providing technical oversight, management and support, in line with a victim-centered approach. Responsibilities
COORDINATION- Serve as a resource for staff seeking advice on issues related to PSEAH, providing confidential support and guidance within the country.

Scope of Work
The expert volunteers will work collaboratively with the local consultants, the Ministry of Health Development, and the GHP team. The role includes the following key support tasks: Family Planning (FP) Training Support

For 100 years, we have been a collective force that has, and will continue to, change things for the better for all young women across Scotland.Key responsibilitiesYouth participation· Lead on the coordination and delivery of our policy and influencing projects for young women and girls e.g. Young Women Demand / Young Women Lead and policy scrutiny groups.· Build meaningful relationships with diverse young women and girls from across Scotland, with particular focus on those experiencing marginalisation or underrepresentation.· Facilitate workshops, meetings and co-design sessions that support young women to develop political literacy, leadership skills, confidence, and advocacy capacity.
Policy & parliamentary engagement· Coordinate young women’s involvement in policy analysis and scrutiny, including the development of manifestos, evaluation of party policies, and engagement with democratic processes.· Work with the Communications team and young women to coordinate the co-design and delivery of public campaigns, resources, and communications.· Support young women to engage directly with elected officials, stakeholders and decision-makers, including coordinating meetings, roundtables and accountability events.Project coordination· Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met across projects.· Monitor and evaluate policy and influencing projects, demonstrating impact in line with internal tracking tools and reporting to funders and stakeholders as required.· Maintain regular and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.· Contribute to risk management and safeguarding protocols throughout our work with young women and girls.· Ensure accessible, inclusive and rights-based practices underpin all project delivery.Other· Evening and weekend work as required· Undertake any other reasonable duties that may arise.Let’s talk about you. You will already have or be working towards:Experience· Coordinating youth participation or leadership programmes, ideally with young women or marginalised groups.· Facilitating groups and workshops, with a strong understanding of co-design and youth-led methods.· Experience in policy, advocacy or influencing work, including engaging with elected officials or decision-makers.· Coordinating projects, including setting timelines, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders and monitoring and reporting on outcomes.· Developing and delivering campaigns using participatory practice that influence change for young women.· Writing or contributing to policy outputs e.g. parliamentary briefings, consultation responses and/or policy reports.· Organising and delivering impactful events for a range of diverse audiences.· Working within the Scottish political context to influence change, including engagement with parliamentarians, committees, and public services.*When clicking on “Apply”, you will be redirected to the original job announcement and details
