ABOUT EQUALITY NOW
At Equality Now, we aspire to create a world in which women and men have equal rights under the law, and full enjoyment of their human rights.

Founded in 1992, we are an international human rights organization that works to protect and promote the rights of all women and girls around the world. Our campaigns are centered on four program areas: Legal Equality, End Sexual Violence, End Harmful Practices, and End Sexual Exploitation, with a cross-cutting focus on the unique needs of adolescent girls.

Purpose: Innovate

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for corporate engagement, including setting annual revenue targets, engagement plans, and campaign activations (e.g., International Women’s Day, International Day of the Girl).

  • Translate organizational goals into compelling partnership opportunities that reflect both Equality Now’s mission and partner priorities.
  • Drive the evolution of donor cultivation and stewardship strategies, identifying emerging trends in CSR and brand engagement to inform innovation.
  • Design and continuously refine systems and tools (e.g., Raiser’s Edge and Monday.com workflows) to improve corporate engagement tracking and performance management.

Engagement: Advocate

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of 50+ corporate partners and prospects with the potential for significant financial support.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for corporate partners, identifying shared values, aligning philanthropic goals, and guiding them through the engagement cycle from prospecting through renewal.

Delivery: Define Project Cycle

  • Lead the full project cycle for corporate engagement initiatives—design, pitch, close, deliver, and renew—ensuring that all activities are on time, on brand, and on target.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality sponsorship requests, grant proposals, donor reports, presentations, and briefings tailored to partner interests and aligned with Equality Now’s funding priorities.
  • Contribute to team-wide planning efforts including annual development goals, budgeting, and evaluation processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Development function.
