As Operations Administrator at ICM you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Head of Organisational Projects and Head of Operations & Finance with administrative tasks, all while advancing midwifery care worldwide.

Your Impact
The Operations Administrator is a member of the Office of the Chief Executive team, but will work very closely with the Operations and Finance team as well.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting support and coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note taking and action follow up
- Coordinating a number of operational processes including translation of documents, interpretation services, and travel requests
- Coordinating and tracking organisational policy updates
- Finance & HR administration
Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and have the eligibility to work. We encourage people with an Orientation Year visa to apply.
