UN Women Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ROAP), through its Governance, Peace and Security (GPS) Unit, leads policy and programme development and implementation in the areas of women’s leadership and decision-making and the advancement of the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda. This includes supporting peace building initiatives; facilitating the development, implementation, and monitoring of National and Regional Action Plans on WPS; promoting gender-responsive security sector reform; and advancing emerging and non-traditional WPS priorities such as Gender, Climate, Peace and Security and Women, Peace and Cybersecurity. The GPS Unit applies an intersectional approach across its work, with a strong focus on disability inclusion, youth engagement, and the meaningful engagement of men and boys as allies in advancing gender equality and sustainable peace. In line with CEDAW General Recommendation No. 40 on the equal and inclusive representation of women in decision-making systems, the GPS Unit supports women leaders and women-led organizations to strengthen their participation, influence, and leadership across political, peace building, and governance processes.
Education and Certification:- Master’s degree in social sciences, conflict studies, gender studies, international affairs, and/or another relevant field related to gender in governance, peace and security is required;
- A first-level university degree in combination withtwo additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:- At least 5 years of progressively responsible work experience at the national or international level in the design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes related to Governance, Peace and Security;
- Technical experience in programming, advisory and advocacy work with governments and civil society on gender and governance, peace and security is required; including on women’s leadership and decision-making, and emerging issues such as climate change and cybersecurity and new technology.
- Previous experience with UN Women and/or other UN agencies is an asset.
- Experience in the Asia Pacific region is preferred.
- Excellent command of written and oral English is required.
- Knowledge of another UN official language is an asset.

Job Summary
The College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) at the University of Michigan seeks outstanding scholars for new tenure-track assistant professor faculty positions as part of the Michigan Program for Advancing Cultural Transformation (M-PACT) Program. Through the M-PACT program, the Department of Women's and Gender Studies (WGS) seeks a scholar whose work brings feminist, gender, queer, or sexuality studies to bear on health and health equity. We construe health broadly, including physical, psychological, and behavioral health. We are also interested in health policy as well as social and structural conditions that shape health outcomes and health inequities. Field of specialization is open, as is methodological approach; we welcome interpretive, qualitative, quantitative, and community-engaged research. Relevant fields might include medical sociology or anthropology; social, community, or health psychology; social epidemiology; demography; public health; science and technology studies; and bioethics. The successful candidate will have an outstanding research program with strong potential for NIH funding. A degree, graduate certificate, or formal specialization in women's, gender, or sexuality studies is preferred. Job description
As the Survivor Movement and Participation Lead you will:
- Design, establish and coordinate an Experts with Lived Experience (ELE) Network, developing a survivor involvement framework that promotes safe, ethical, inclusive and meaningful participation, with appropriate emotional support, safeguarding, debriefing and payment arrangements in place.
- Design, facilitate and evaluate peer support groups and survivor-led spaces, creating opportunities for survivors to influence strategic decision-making, project governance and service evaluation at every stage.
- Train and mentor survivors in facilitation, peer support and leadership, building capacity for survivor-led design, delivery and evaluation of services.
- Lead the co-production and delivery of training with Experts with Lived Experience, covering areas such as trauma-informed practice, responding to disclosures and reducing re-traumatisation, working in partnership with NHS mental health providers, specialist sexual violence services and the voluntary sector.
- Develop tools to assess survivor influence and leadership across programmes and governance, facilitating reflective learning spaces and co-authoring learning briefs and policy insights to promote survivor-led approaches.

The Senior Policy Coordinator plays a central role in advancing NWC’s strategic objectives across key areas of women’s equality. This role will involve a particular focus on women’s safety, gender-based violence, and tackling all forms of violence against women. Roles & Responsibilities
Financial & Budget Management
● Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting to IGLYO’s multiple funders, in full compliance with the specific rules and requirements of each funding source

You will:
- 1. develop and own ILGA-Europe’s strategy for supporter engagement and individual giving, including the systems, processes and frameworks needed to deliver it;
- 2. work closely with colleagues from other teams to identify and activate political moments from our advocacy, campaigning and movement-building work – such as legislative milestones, campaign launches, case work, and Rainbow Map releases – as timely, compelling entry points for supporter engagement and giving;
- 3. design and manage supporter journeys that move people from first engagement to regular financial support, covering acquisition, welcome, stewardship, retention and reactivation;
- plan and deliver a calendar of email and digital fundraising campaigns, continuously testing and optimising content, donation pages and supporter segments to improve results;
- 4. oversee the development and management of a CRM/fundraising system, in collaboration with the Finance and Administration Team, ensuring effective tracking, segmentation and reporting, and smooth processing of recurring gifts;
- 5. identify, cultivate and maintain a targeted portfolio of corporate partnerships and professional networks – including employee resource groups (ERGs) and Pride workplace chapters – as sources of strategic cooperation, peer-to-peer fundraising and in-kind support;
- 6. coordinate the organisation of fundraising events, including the annual European Equality Fundraiser;
- 7. support capacity-building on individual and digital fundraising within ILGA-Europe’s membership, in conjunction with the Programmes Team;
- 8. work closely with communications, finance, policy and programmes colleagues to ensure supporter-facing narratives are accurate, politically sensitive and compelling.

Work Experience:- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in childcare, early childhood development, social protection, gender programming, child rights, public policy, or related fields.

The Global Survivors Fund (GSF) was launched in October 2019 by Dr Denis Mukwege and Nadia Murad, 2018 Nobel Peace Prize Laureates. Its mission is to enhance access to reparations for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence around the globe, thus responding to a gap long identified by survivors. GSF acts to provide interim reparative measures in situations where states or other parties are unable or unwilling to meet their responsibilities. GSF advocates for duty bearers as well as the international community to develop reparations programmes. Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Registry Officer to lead the technical design, deployment, governance and management of a secure, credible, survivor centred and ethically governed digital Victims’ Registry for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence in Sudan. The position combines technical leadership, planning, information management, data protection, trauma-informed coordination and capacity strengthening. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sudan Hub team, AWAFY and other implementing partners, GSF’s Risk & Compliance Officers, GSF’s IT service provider, software suppliers, and external governance bodies to ensure the registry meets the highest standards of security, confidentiality, survivor-centred approach and operational effectiveness.
Education and Experience

Programme Context
Supported by the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), WFD has been working in Solomon Islands since November 2022 towards the desired impact for increased democratic resilience through greater inclusive representation, accountability and transparency in Solomon Islands parliamentary institutions, systems and practices. The 2024 Solomon Islands general election brought 48% new MPs and an historic four women MPs, creating renewed appetite for reform. Pending Temporary Special Measures (TSM) legislation offers an unprecedented window to advance women’s political participation since independence.Having established partnerships with the National Parliament of Solomon Islands (NPSI), WFD can now support connecting civil society actors directly to the institutional levers necessary for structural reform.
