Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the UNFPA Deputy Director for the UNFPA Sub-regional Office for the Caribbean (SROC), the SRH specialist will ensure the effective implementation of UNFPA’s sub-regional programmes and initiatives in sexual and reproductive health in the context of the ICPD Programme of Action and UNFPA Strategic Plan 2026-2029. S/he maintains primary responsibility for the provision of technical assistance and programme support to priority countries in the sub-region in SRH, including Reproductive Health Commodities Security (RHCS), Adolescents RH, Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), integrated SRH/Gender-based Violence services and humanitarian preparedness and response. The SRH specialist will coordinate and monitor the work of consultants, implementing partners, and technical experts. S/he will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with counterparts in government, multi-lateral and bilateral donor agencies, and civil society to address emerging issues and effectively influence diverse stakeholders to contribute to achieving UNFPA’s mandate in the English and Dutch speaking Caribbean.Qualifications and Experience:- Master's degree in public health, health economy, medicine, social sciences, public policy or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in SRHR programming, including project development, implementation of innovative solutions, monitoring, and evaluation, of which at least 3 years are at the international level.
- Substantive knowledge and practical experience in SRHR, Gender, and adolescent sexual and reproductive health issues is a requirement.
- Proven experience in providing high-level technical assistance to government and civil society partners.
- Demonstrated capacity to build strategic partnerships or alliances across sectors.
- Excellent communication and writing skills and ability to present to diverse, technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in program/project management, including expertise in large multi-sector projects and inter agency initiatives.
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and reporting on initiatives.
- Field experience in the Caribbean or SIDS context.

The Violence Prevention and Response Technical Unit (VPRU) works to promote innovation, quality standards, direct technical assistance, and learning for protection programming across IRC’s country offices and regions. This includes work across the streams of women’s protection and empowerment (WPE), child protection (CP), and protection rule of law (PRoL), as well as integrated protection approaches.Case management is a fundamental part of service provision across all protection work, and one that relies on having access to comprehensive and real-time data to inform decision-making. The primary role of the Case Management Data Senior Specialist is to strengthen the quality and use of case management data and information management systems (IMS) across IRC programming.
Key functions of this role include working with technical leads to maintain centralized guidance and protocols on case management IMS and data; supporting country teams with resources and system administration, rollout, and training for the Primero digital platform and other related platforms; streamlining and conducting regular data analysis across IMS platforms and protection streams; and engaging with global and country teams to gather feedback and provide targeted troubleshooting. About the Role
This role will begin as a six-month, full-time consulting contract as Our Collective Practice navigates a period of organizational and structural transition. The intention is for this role to move into a full-time staff position once these structures are finalized. More information will be shared on this structure during interviews with the top candidates.
The Grantmaking, Knowledge & Learning Manager will serve as a central connector and strategist across Our Collective Practice’s growing portfolio of grantmaking, research, and learning initiatives. This role will integrate grantmaking and knowledge stewardship through thoughtful project management, documentation, and coordination—ensuring that our funding strategies are aligned with our mandate and informed by ongoing learning, and that our knowledge development efforts advance movement building, narrative power, and the dreams and resistance of girls and young feminists globally.
As a growing, two-year-old organization, this is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team at a moment of expansion—helping to deepen and strengthen core grantmaking, narrative, and knowledge practices while contributing to a collaborative, care-centered organizational culture. Working closely with the Director, team members, researchers, and collaborators, this role will lead grantmaking, strengthen project delivery, foster cross-project learning, and support the smooth implementation and completion of key initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum 5 years experience with grantmaking, managing projects, knowledge production, or research initiatives within feminist, social justice, or movement-building contexts.
● Proven experience managing grantmaking processes that center community needs, local contexts, and movement priorities.
● Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating research projects, with strong analytical, writing, and publication skills.
● Demonstrated knowledge of Global South feminist thought, decolonial methodologies, and movement-rooted research practices.

The Gender Issues Programme (GIP) supports the efforts of the OSCE Secretary General to ensure a continuous and sustainable gender mainstreaming process across the Organization. Essential Responsibilities
The contractor shall be bound by a result obligation, whereby the succesful and timely completion of the agreed-upon deliverables is mandatory. The deliverables are as follows: Process deliverables: This is the support the consultant will provide to CHOICE:
• Initiate and carry out programmatic compliance with internationally based partners;
• Support CHOICE to draft partnership agreements that are compliant with Dutch laws and regulations and to the frameworks of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
• Work closely with Finance to support financial oversight of partners’ financial compliance and workplan budgets

• Review CHOICE’s internal systems and identify what needs to be updated to meet Donor requirements (e.g., PMEL, financial procedures, compliance checklists, safeguarding processes).
• Conduct Organizational Capacity Assessments (OCA), in collaboration with programmatic staff;
• Draft OCA reports that clearly outline strengths, gaps, and recommendations;

Population Council- Kenya (PC Kenya), a non-profit organization registered in Kenya, is leading an interregional consortium of Function-Oriented Impact Partner Organizations (IPOs) that comprises ThinkPlace Kenya, Le Barometre, and the Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) (the IPO). Scope of Work
PC Kenya is seeking the services of a professional consultant to provide guidance to the IPO, the Foundation and its implementing partners on the integration of gender equality and social inclusion principles and measurement indicators into the design and evaluation of programs across various platforms (PANA, E&T, SP&I and HECSI). Reporting to the IPO Senior Management Team (SMT), the consultant will work with the IPO to perform the following tasks: 1) Provide thought leadership on gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) principles, frameworks and measurement approaches, including theoretical and practical application in program design and evaluation;
2) Develop guidelines and tools for integrating gender equality and social inclusion (gender, youth engagement, disability inclusion, refugee and displaced persons, and safeguarding) into program design, implementation, and evaluations across different platforms (PANA, E&T, SP&I);
3) Conduct training of IPO staff, the Foundation’s Impact Team, and the Foundation’s implementing partners on integration of the guidelines and tools in program design, implementation and evaluation upon approval by the Foundation;
4) Contribute to sense-making of insights generated from the integration of gender equality and social inclusion guidelines and tools in the design and evaluation of programs supported by the Foundation;
5) Maintain the highest ethical standards when handling any information provided by the IPO or the Foundation, including ensuring security and maintaining confidentiality of the information; and
6) Participate in meetings with IPO consortium partners as needed to clarify any issues pertaining to the engagement.
Qualifications and Experience

- Ensure the production of accurate, timely and high-quality financial information and analysis for the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Trustees.
UK Charity Compliance & Governance- Ensure compliance with UK charity law, Charity Commission requirements, and relevant financial and tax regulations.
- Oversee preparation of statutory accounts in line with UK accounting standards (SORP / FRS 102).
Audit & Internal Controls- Lead the annual statutory audit and any donor-specific audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of findings.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to provide sufficient internal controls and protect organisational assets.
Grants & Donor Compliance- Oversee financial management of institutional and philanthropic grants, ensuring compliance with donor agreements and reporting requirements.
- Ensure effective systems for managing restricted and unrestricted funds.
Risk Management- Take ownership of organisational risk register and reporting to the Board.
- Lead financial risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- 10+ years of senior-level experience in finance within a UK registered charity, NGO or grant-funded organisation.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of UK charity finance, including Charity Commission reporting and statutory accounts (SORP / FRS 102).
- Senior level change and project management experience.
- Proven experience managing institutional and foundation grants and restricted funds.
- Experience leading audits and working with Boards or Trustees.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong alignment with Girls Not Brides’ mission and values.
