2 - Animation des ateliers (environ 40% du temps) :Objectif : animer la majeure partie des ateliers de Hally.- Animation et co-animation d’ateliers sur les sujets de violences sexistes et sexuelles, harcèlement moral et discriminations (entreprises, collectivités publiques, enseignement supérieur), en suivant les méthodes pédagogiques de Hally.
- Les ateliers peuvent durer entre 1h et 2 jours, en présentiel et en visioconférence (environ 25% des ateliers). Des déplacements sur l’ensemble du territoire et des horaires de travail flexibles (rattrapés) sont à prévoir.
3 - Missions de conseil (environ 10% du temps) :Objectifs : accompagner les client·es dans leur montée en compétences sur tous ces sujets et répondre aux questions opérationnelles du quotidien.- Rédaction de livrables : protocoles de signalement, plan d’égalité professionnelle, rapports, synthèses, plan de communication interne…

Main Responsibilities:
Campaigning
● Work collaboratively with and support local campaigns and networks working on asylum and refugee issues, in keeping with the aims and values of African Rainbow Family;
● Strengthen existing networks by building campaigns capacity and expertise and broadening the engagement of additional local groups and activists;
● Support and encourage LGBTIQ+ people with direct experience of seeking asylum to engage in campaigns;

Together for Girls is seeking to partner with a Tanzania-based research institution to 1) conduct/lead qualitative research on the changes in policies and programs over time between Tanzania’s two VACS; and 2) disseminate its results to local, national, regional, and global policymakers, researchers, practitioners, and advocates for them to a) have an understanding of factors (policies, investments, programs, interventions, contextual elements like economic growth and evolving social norms) that contributed to the overall reductions in VAC over time in Tanzania, and b) to drive policy development and implementation, investments, and further research at the national and global levels both by documenting successful policy and programmatic actions in and elucidating remaining policy and program gaps in prevention and response to VAC in Tanzania.

To be eligible for the award under this RFA, applicants are expected to have technical and organizational capacities that include:
Be a Tanzania-based non-governmental organization (NGO), not-for- profit organization, or private voluntary organization, inclusive of universities with demonstrated experience working with and connections to the government of Tanzania.

- Konzeption und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen und Strategien im Bereich inclusive Gender Equality
- Aktive und eigenständige Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Koordinationsschnittstelle für die feministischen Netzwerke der TUW
- Eigenständige inhaltliche Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von verschiedenen Veranstaltungen (Frauenpreis, Netzwerktreffen, Orange the World)
- Vortragstätigkeit und Durchführung von Workshops zum Thema inclusive Gender Equality
- Konzeption, strategische Ausrichtung und eigenständige Organisation sowie Verwaltung von Lehrveranstaltungen zum Thema Gender und Diversity
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Arbeitsgruppen der TU Wien
Ihr Profil:
Must haves:- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Umfangreiches Fachwissen zu den Themen Gender und Diversität, gute Kenntnisse über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Diskurse, intersektionaler Zugang
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Organisations-, Planungs- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Verantwortungsbereitschaft und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstmanagement, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Resilienz, Selbstreflexion und Entwicklungsbereitschaft
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, ganzheitlich strategisches Denken
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Konfliktkompetenz
Von Vorteil:- Erfahrung mit der Strategie- und Maßnahmenentwicklung sowie Sensibilisierung und Bewusstseinsbildung zu Gender Equality und Inklusion
- Keine Berührungsängste mit einem naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Expertise zu gender based violence und/oder Erfahrungen mit Anitdiskriminierungsarbeit
- Erfahrung mit Changeprozessen in Organisationen
- Präsentations- und Moderationserfahrung oder Freude daran, diese zu erwerben
- Innovationsbereitschaft und Ambiguitätstoleranz
