Programme Description
Migration Programme (Migrants United and Act for Human Rights – MUAH) aims to ensure women migrants enjoy human rights and are able to make informed and choices about migration. The Migration Programme focuses on increasing capacities, voices and leadership of women migrants by conducting feminist organising training, Feminist Participatory Action Research (FPAR), strategic advocacy and supporting networks for collective migrants movement building.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Attend regular meetings and maintain regular communication with the Migration Programme team.
Support the Migration Programme team in logistics and coordination for activities, training and meetings planned for the duration of the internship.
Substantively support data collection, analysis and writing that is required for the Migration programme.
Provide logistics and coordination assistance to the Migration programme team by supporting in organising meetings, providing documentation support by taking notes, transcribing and categorising online documents, scheduling meeting invites and providing online technical support during online meetings.
Selection Criteria
This internship is suitable for students and young professionals with a background in and/or interest to work with and be involved in women’s human rights issues on a regional level. The role is also suitable for those who wish to gain a conceptual understanding of how women’s human rights issues intersect with different forms of oppression specifically in Asia and the Pacific.
Applicants who have obtained or are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in law, gender studies, social sciences, or a related field; and activists or development practitioners with a background and involvement in human rights and/or women’s movements, are both eligible to apply.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. The intern is required to have strong communication skills and should be able to handle coordination and communication with various people.
Demonstrable ability to work within a diverse, multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to flexibly adapt to changes in real time, and prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Knowledge and/or experience with event organisation or logistics is an asset.
Experience in working with women’s rights organisations, migrant’s rights/migrants-led organisations and movements, in both a professional and voluntary capacity is an asset.
Must be able to commit to taking up an internship for six (6) months.

Gender-based violence (GBV)Background
The Global Survivors Fund (GSF) was launched in October 2019 by Dr Denis Mukwege and Nadia Murad, 2018 Nobel Peace Prize laureates. Its mission is to enhance access to reparations for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence around the globe, thus responding to a gap long identified by survivors. GSF acts to provide interim reparative measures in situations where states or other parties are unable or unwilling to meet their responsibilities. GSF advocates for duty-bearers and the international community to develop reparations programmes. It also guides states and civil society by providing expertise and technical support for designing reparations programmes. GSF’s survivor-centric approach is the cornerstone of its work.
Role Summary
The intern will be responsible for supporting the activities of the ACT team working on interim reparative measures projects and will report to the Regional Coordinator for Africa. In addition, the intern will provide support to other members of the ACT team, in particular to the ACT management team and the IRM Projects Assistant.
Position Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities:
• Contribute to data analysis, research, drafting of note and reports related to ongoing or upcoming interim reparative measures projects;
• Participate and report on projects meetings, including with partners;
• Support the organisation of exchanges on lessons learnt;
• Support ACT internal coordination, including the collection of quotes, the update of projects flowcharts, of the mission calendar and other reporting documents;
• Support the research and translation of tools in the ACT toolkit, from and into English/French, and Spanish if possible;
•
Participate and report on ACT team meetings;
• Participate in GSF team meetings.
Position Requirements Education and Experience
The position is open to students currently enrolled in a master’s programme in international relations, international law, or a related discipline. Please note a tripartite agreement is required for this internship.

Gender-based violence (GBV)Background
The Global Survivors Fund (GSF) supports survivors of conflict-related sexual violence to access reparations and other forms of redress. One of the fund’s core activities is the implementation of interim reparative measures (IRM), in collaboration with local and international partners. Effective Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) are central to understanding the impact of these measures and continuously improving our practices.
Consultant’s responsibilities
• Design and implement GSF’s monitoring, evaluation and learning systems within the IRM unit in coordination with the MEL Officer and under the supervision of the Senior Project Officer.- 1. Provide technical guidance and support GSF in developing a methodology for conducting evaluations with children. 2 ▪ Support GSF in strengthening its evaluation methodologies. Prior experience in evaluating education-focused projects and conducting evaluations involving children is highly desirable.
- 2. Lead country-specific implementation of MEL, specifically focused on:
Monitoring:
• Coordinate the implementation of quarterly reporting with project coordinators;
• Adapt template to country specifics;
• Report on KPIs for respective countries and contribute to KPI reports;
• Participate in KPI development.
Evaluation:
• Coordinate with project coordinators and partner organisations to implement impact evaluations and advise on associated budgeting needs;
• Adapt existing GSF tools to fit the context of each project, in close collaboration with implementing partners;
• Train relevant partner teams and consultants, either remotely or in-country, as appropriate;
• Oversee data collection activities in project countries, ensuring quality and consistency;
• Coordinate the analysis of data collected by national teams and contribute to the drafting of internal and external impact reports.
Learning:
• Coordinate with the project team for lessons learned workshops; support programme team with materials;
• Support data analysis and reporting.
Transversal Activities
• Revise data analysis procedures and update the use of quantitative and qualitative tools as needed, drawing on lessons learned from MEL implementation;
• Provide in-country support for evaluation activities, with occasional travel as required;
• Share relevant findings and coordinate with other GSF units on MEL activities related to IRM projects;
• Actively participate in IRM Team meetings and broader GSF meetings, as needed;

Education and professional experience
• Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), preferably with experience evaluating education projects or conducting 3 evaluations with children;
• Proven experience in designing and conducting evaluations involving children and vulnerable populations, using participatory and ethical methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods;

Gender-based violence (GBV)The Organization
Together, a group of committed donors—including the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), Focus for Health Foundation, The Indigo Trust, Oak Foundation, Phillips Foundation, Porticus, and World Childhood Foundation—is preparing to launch Funders for a Safe Childhood (working program title). This initiative aims to work on behalf of the field to drive catalytic private funding into solutions to combat childhood sexual violence (CSV) worldwide.
The Position
Working in partnership with the donor founders of Funders for a Safe Childhood, the Senior Philanthropic Advisor will lead donor engagement as well as strategy and development of this early-stage initiative. Upon joining, they will quickly develop and implement a plan for achieving the inception period goals of engaging with donors and identifying significant commitments of new funding.
This leader will manage a team of three and additional capacity from Panorama Global to determine the resources, structures, systems, processes and pacing necessary to ensure successful implementation. Direct reports include a Philanthropic Advisor, Senior Field Liaison, and Prospect Manager. The Senior Philanthropic Advisor will embrace the opportunity to connect and advise philanthropists toward supporting diverse opportunities for impact, centering and advancing the field overall.
A successful candidate will have the experience and ability to design and execute fundraising campaigns with high-net-worth individuals and other donors, develop and implement strategies to execute major gifts, manage pipeline and portfolio development, and collaborate to develop effective donor learning and giving strategies. The candidate will have a demonstrated track record of supportive and effective relationship-building with donors at all stages of giving and have experience collaborating with trustees and senior foundation leadership to leverage peer-to-peer engagement. SUMMARY OF POSITION
Women Deliver is seeking an Advisor for its Brand and Narrative team to serve as a parental leave cover from 14 July 2025 to 13 February 2026.
This position plays a key role in advancing Women Deliver’s organizational goals and objectives through our brand and the narratives we help create and disseminate. The Advisor will work closely with the Director, Brand and Narrative, to help implement the tone, identity, and strategic direction of Women Deliver’s content across both owned and earned channels.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptionally strong writing and editing skills, along with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
This role will report to the Director, Brand and Narrative.
Responsibilities:
Organizational Brand and Tone
• Assist with internal brand and tone implementation by creating and maintaining internal guides and documents.
• Work with the Director to ensure brand alignment and cohesion across all of Women Deliver’s external communications products and materials.
Content
• Serve as the lead author for Women Deliver’s priority, high-impact products and materials (annual reports, leadership thought pieces, institutional blogs).
• Edit and review all external content, including but not limited to website content, social media content, blogs, newsletter content, reports, and opinion pieces.
• Maintain Women Deliver’s editorial calendar for external content that reflects all owned and earned channels.
• Work closely with the Brand and Narrative Director and program teams to ensure that external content aligns with organizational strategy and helps further goals and priorities.
• Works with Brand and Narrative team to review and evaluate metrics and adjust content accordingly.
Required Skills and Experience:

Purpose of the Assignment
We are seeking a design consultant with experience in feminist and socially conscious design to lead the revamp of our brand colors, web graphics, and visual components. This assignment focuses specifically on refreshing the look and feel of our digital presence to make it modern, vibrant, and adaptable.
Scope of Work
The consultant will work closely with our IT officer and a designated manager to deliver the following:
• A refreshed color palette that aligns with our values and goals
• A component library (buttons, cards, sections, etc.)

The International Planned Parenthood Federation European Network (IPPF EN) is a membership-based organisation working across over 40 countries in Europe and Central Asia to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). As part of its mission, IPPF EN seeks to strengthen access to safe abortion through evidence-based advocacy and service provision.
To support this goal, IPPF EN is developing an Abortion Legislation, Policy and Practice Dashboard. This interactive web-based platform will visualise and compare data collected from 33 countries, enabling strategic advocacy through dynamic country profiles, legal comparisons, and trend analysis across abortion-related laws and policies. With increasing pressure on SRHR across the region, this dashboard will serve as a vital tool for informing action and mobilising support.
Scope of Work
IPPF EN is seeking a consultant (individual or company) to design, develop, and implement this data dashboard. The consultant will deliver a secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform capable of visualising complex legal and policy data and supporting automated reporting. Tasks include:
Developing a dynamic web-based dashboard
Designing user-friendly data visualisations and country comparison tools

The Special SWEDD Director reports directly to the Regional Director, who provides overall direction and guidance. Under direct day to day oversight and coordination with the Deputy Regional Director, She/he is the coordinator of all technical and programme support functions for the UNFPA-managed regional activities carried out under the SWEDD project and is responsible for the smooth functioning of the Regional Technical Secretariat (RTS).
Working with and drawing from UNFPA Regional Office technical teams, She/He provides state-of-the-art technical expertise and easy access to knowledge through high quality advisory services based on global applied research and best practices, builds partnerships, promotes regional capacity building initiatives and activities to allow participating governments and other development partners to identify, create and share knowledge relevant to solving development challenges in the areas of reproductive and maternal health, gender, youth and adolescents, human capital and demographic dividend. She/He prioritizes the strengthening of existing continental strategies and initiatives, such as the AU Gender Strategy 2017 -2027, Agenda 2030, Agenda 2063, the Maputo Plan of Action on the Operationalization of the Continental Policy Framework for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (2016-2030), the protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights on the Rights of Women in Africa (the Maputo Protocol), the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, the AU Roadmap on Harnessing the Demographic Dividend, the African Youth Charter (2006), the Common Position on Ending Child Marriage in Africa (2015) and others.
Qualifications and Experience:- Advanced university degree in international development management, public policy or administration, Political Science, economics, sociology, demography, public health, or equivalent development management areas.
- A minimum of 15 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in the management of complex, donor-funded and multi-partner programmes including 10 years at the international level.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing resource mobilization strategies, resulting in the successful diversification of funding portfolios and securing significant financial resources from a broad range of donors, including bilateral and multilateral agencies, private foundations, corporations, and innovative financing mechanisms.

Ultimately, the project aims to achieve strengthened capacities, increased awareness, effective conflict resolution, enhanced crisis preparedness, strengthened networks, and
promotion of inclusive and equitable peacebuilding processes. The project is implemented in the Districts of Mannar, Anuradhapura, Puttalam and Nuwara Eliya in Sri Lanka and Kulhudhuffushi City, K. Guraidhoo, Laamu Hithadhoo and N. Kudafari islands in the Maldives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Southeast Asia Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Prevention Platform is a pivotal initiative supported by a AUD20 million investment from the Australian Government over five years (2024 to 2029). The Platform aims to enhance GBV prevention efforts across Southeast Asia by fostering collaboration among governments, civil society organisations, international bodies, and other stakeholders. We are guided by the principles of being locally driven, evidence-based, inclusive and diverse, survivor-centred and trauma informed, adaptable, collaborative, minimising harm, accessible and innovative. We seek to build capacity, amplify evidence, and innovate in the prevention of GBV.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical:- Provide support to the Facilitate Pillar Led in designing, co-creating and implementing capacity strengthening strategies for practitioners (primarily women’s rights organisations) and policymakers, focusing on evidence-based primary prevention.
- Work collaboratively with women’s rights organisations and constituency-based groups to gather inputs to inform the development of GBV prevention instructional materials – courses, training manuals, facilitation guides.
- Provide technical support to women’s rights organisations in designing and implementing evidence-based primary prevention interventions such as the RESPECT Framework.
- Support the design and implementation of a learning program to be hosted through an online Learning Management System (LMS), which is designed to create and deliver self-directed and facilitated group courses.
- Support content creation for the online learning program.
- Work closely with the Gender, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), Safeguarding and Locally-Led Development Specialist in mainstreaming inclusion and safeguarding across the Facilitate pillar.
- Ensure that capacity strengthening initiatives and learning materials are accessible and that reasonable accommodations are provided to learners with disabilities where required and appropriate.
Planning, administration and reporting- Work collaboratively with other key members of the Platform team, coordinating with other Platform leads and contributing to other workstreams to ensure coherence and synergy and avoid siloing and duplication.
- Work collaboratively with the Facilitate Pillar Lead and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Director to ensure the Facilitate pillar activities are contributing to the achievement of the overall Platform Theory of Change.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Coordinate engagement with UN agencies, ASEAN sectoral bodies, regional mechanisms and other relevant stakeholders, including tracking policy opportunities and preparing advocacy materials or briefs.
- Support the development and promotion of funding advocacy materials that are informed by and developed in consultation with WROs and CSOs and assist in outreach efforts to donors and funding institutions.
- Proactively engage with cross-sectoral and cross-movement partners (e.g., climate, disability, LGBTQ+ networks) to identify shared advocacy priorities and opportunities for joint action.

The Strategic Initiative for Women in the Horn of Africa (SIHA) is a regional network of civil society organizations founded in 1995. SIHA works to strengthen the rights and voices of women and girls in the Horn of Africa, including Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Somaliland, Ethiopia, and Uganda. Position Summary
The Sudan Focal Point – North State, Dongola serves as a key liaison between SIHA’s country and regional teams and local partners, service providers, and communities in Northern Sudan. This role is critical in ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of SIHA’s women’s rights and protection programming in the region, with a particular focus on documenting cases of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and supporting survivors through emergency response and service referrals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize SIHA’s approved tools and methodologies to accurately document and analyze SGBV (Sexual and Gender-Based Violence) cases.
- Produce detailed, evidence-based reports on the status of women and girls in Darfur, identifying key protection gaps, emerging trends, and service needs.
- Collaborate with community-based organizations to ensure inclusive and contextually sensitive reporting
- Maintain active and constructive communication with relevant service providers including health, legal, and psychosocial support actors.
- Facilitate referrals and coordinate case management support for survivors.
- Map and regularly update the directory of service providers within the operational area.
- Establish consistent follow-up mechanisms with all sub-grantees to assess performance and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and on-site support to strengthen sub-grantees’ capacity for reporting, documentation, and implementation.
- Submit monthly follow-up and performance assessment reports to the Sudan team.
- Actively participate in and support the delivery of activities led by Gender Equality and Peace Collective groups.
- Contribute to the planning, logistics, and facilitation of community dialogues, awareness sessions, and advocacy events.
- Ensure that activities are inclusive and responsive to local gender dynamics.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of all project documentation, attendance lists, photos, and feedback forms.
- Ensure timely submission of updates and reports to the SIHA Sudan Office and regional teams.
Qualifications, experience and skills required
- Proven experience in documenting SGBV cases and working with survivors in humanitarian or development settings.
- Familiarity with the socio-political context of Darfur and Northern Sudan, particularly issues related to women’s rights and protection.
- Strong coordination and relationship-building skills with service providers, community actors, and CSOs.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, analytical, and evidence-based reports.
- Experience working with sub-grantees or grassroots partners in a support and oversight capacity.
- Knowledge of humanitarian principles, confidentiality standards, and ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver outputs within tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); working knowledge of English is an asset.
