Vitala Global Foundation is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to join our team and help us scale our systems, culture, and impact globally. If you're passionate about reproductive justice, digital innovation, and organizational strategy—and fluent in both English and Spanish—we’d love to hear from you!
The Position - OPERATIONS LEAD (with the aim to promote to Director of Operations)
We’re seeking a strategic thinker and strong implementer to co-lead our internal growth. This role blends operational leadership, team culture development, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Director of Finance to build the backbone of a bold, global feminist organization.
