The Asia Foundation seeks qualified, talented applicants for a program manager position to implement AMPLIFY project activities for Myanmar. Reporting to The Asia Foundation’s Team Leader for AMPLIFY, and closely working with project Finance and Admin Officer, the individual shall oversee day-to-day project implementation and operations across the board. This will include identifying and working with women’s rights organizations and actors from Myanmar to safely engage in women peace and security advocacy, and to strengthen peace actions through women’s participation and receipt of benefits.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProgram management- Lead implementation of AMPLIFY’s Myanmar workplan and program deliverables;
- Manage the work of project sub-recipients, such as individual consultants, vendors, and grantees, including ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- With support from the WPS Advisor and Team Leader, provide technical guidance for program activities, including conceptualizing, designing, implementing and monitoring innovative, cutting-edge programming activities;
- Oversee monitoring and evaluation, including data collection and analysis;
- Work closely with Team Leader of AMPLIFY, wider AMPLIFY team, Finance Manager and Global Communication team members and develop communication strategies in line with risk assessment matrix for Myanmar;
- Provide high-quality inputs to donor reporting;
- Conduct field visits to program sites within Thailand and along the Thai-Myanmar border, and travel within ASEAN as required;
- Attend team meetings and regional meetings as required.
Technical knowledge and experience on WPS, conflict prevention and peacebuilding or women’s empowerment.- Provide strategic and technical direction on WPS knowledge products and program and activity design.
- Author and manage research or briefs on WPS in Myanmar.
- Facilitate workshops and training on WPS.
Stakeholder engagement- Ensure program delivery considers security risks and sensitivity, especially when managing relationships with political actors and communities at risk.
- Build and manage relationships with civil society organisations, Women’s Rights Organisations, Human Rights Defenders and activists, research institutions and other external partners.
Financial management and operations oversight- Manage project budget in accordance with project implementation plans closely following donor’s requirements and The Asia Foundation’s policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with The Asia Foundation’s financial and operational requirements including procurement and travel policies.
- Ensure compliance with the project donor’s financial and operational requirements.
Requirements:- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as women peace and security, gender, women empowerment, international development and community strengthening.
- Minimum 3 years of international experience in project management or related field, preferably in women peace and security.
- Proven track record of effective partnership engagement, including significant work with Women's Rights Organizations in Thai/Myanmar border areas strongly preferred.
- Experienced in proposal writing, participating in ad-hoc donor meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with donor agencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English required, proficiency in Burmese and other ethnic languages preferred.

Purpose of the Assignment
We are seeking a design consultant with experience in feminist and socially conscious design to lead the revamp of our brand colors, web graphics, and visual components. This assignment focuses specifically on refreshing the look and feel of our digital presence to make it modern, vibrant, and adaptable.
Scope of Work
The consultant will work closely with our IT officer and a designated manager to deliver the following:
• A refreshed color palette that aligns with our values and goals
• A component library (buttons, cards, sections, etc.)
• Graphic assets and backgrounds that are reusable across multiple pages and new content areas
• Page layout designs for core sections such as Grantmaking, Programs, News

The Position

Objective, Rationale and Scope of the Consultancy
To achieve the project objectives, Sowing Change in Kenya (Phase 2) requires a baseline evaluation. Results from the baseline evaluation will:
● provide the project team with a foundational understanding of the current socioeconomic realities of the region;
● serve as a reference point for assessing impact by establishing a basis for comparison (before the bulk of interventions take place) against which to evaluate the success of the project at endline;
● provide foundational insights about the target area vis-à-vis two research questions:

Profile of Consultant
To successfully implement the scope of work and task and delivery high-quality baseline evaluation report and related deliverables, a consultant or consulting firm with expertise in statistics, monitoring and evaluation, sociology and gender, and environmental science or climate change is needed. Advanced skills in the implementation of quantitative research
methods are required. The consultancy lead should possess at least MSc/MA degree and more than 10 years of experience in conducting socio-economic and environmental/climate related assessments. In addition, a consulting firm is required to possess the following specific qualifications:
● Proven consultancy and/or work experience with International NGOs or multi/bilateral organizations.
● Good knowledge and experience in conducting research, socio-economic assessments and analysis of similar activities in Kenya
● At least 10 years of relevant working experience in East Africa or other developing countries.
● Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, such as key informant interviews and household surveys.
● Knowledge of environmental and climate vulnerability assessments, gender and resilience analysis.

Women Deliver is seeking an Advisor for its Brand and Narrative team to serve as a parental leave cover from 14 July 2025 to 13 February 2026.
This position plays a key role in advancing Women Deliver’s organizational goals and objectives through our brand and the narratives we help create and disseminate. Responsibilities:
