UNFPA’s strategic plan (2022-2025), reaffirms the relevance of the current strategic direction of UNFPA and focuses on three transformative results: to end preventable maternal deaths; end unmet need for family planning; and end gender-based violence and harmful practices.
Scope of work:
The DFAT-funded "Breaking the Silence on FGM/C in Southeast Asia" programme, implemented by UNFPA, in partnership with UNICEF, has emerged as a pivotal initiative aimed at increasing the accountability of stakeholders across the region.The consultant will also support the amendment of the FGM MERL framework to include two new countries (Maldives and Sri Lanka) into the regional initiative and will draft a 6 months progress narrative report for the programme.
In details, this individual consultant will
- Submit an inception report outlining the key questions, methodological approaches, tools, sampling of stakeholders and interview guides (target countries: Indonesia, Malaysia and regional level; lighter approach in Maldives and Sri Lanka)
- Conduct online key informant interviews and/or focus group discussions with UNFPA and UNICEF, key partners, Key TUSIP partners, DFAT
- Submit a draft Mid-Term Review report presenting key findings, lessons learned, and conclusions, including (but not limited to): 1) Findings against agreed review criteria, including relevance, effectiveness, coherence, coordination, emerging sustainability, and cross-cutting issues such as disability inclusion, climate change, alignment with the goal of the broad TUSIP initiative; 2) progress against planned outputs and activities, identifying areas of strong performance, bottlenecks, and implementation risks; and 3) review the programme activity logs and draw recommendations for the Year 3,4 activity logs and work plan.
- Present the findings at an online MTR validation meeting with key stakeholders
- Develop an updated version of the MERL framework integrating 2 new countries and revisions as a result of the MTR
- Submit a 6 months project progress report for the TUSIP FGM programme (Jan-June 2026)
- Contribute to the DFAT TUSIP and PHR mid-term reviews
- Review M&E documents from other projects as needed
Professional Experience and Required Skills:
- A minimum of ten years’ experience of working in monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and learning
- Experience of working with UNFPA on GBV, Youth SRHR or harmful practices is desirable
- Demonstrable experience of conducting high-quality reviews/evaluations of programmes on GBV and harmful practices
- Demonstrable experience of developing a rigorous Theory of Change on harmful practices, to identify social and behavioural change on norms
- Experience on working with different types of data
- Demonstrable experience of developing user-friendly monitoring and reporting tools, activity logs.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English is mandatory

Job Purpose:The Programme Specialist, GBV, post will contribute to strengthening the capacity of governments and implementing partners to ensure coordination, visibility, and accountability for all GBV prevention and response related activities across all UNFPA programmes. Working within a Country Office environment, the Programme Specialist, GBV, will support the effective management and implementation of the GBV and harmful social and gender norms programmatic actions. The position will report directly to the Representative and will be under the technical leadership of the GBV Regional Specialists, the post will be responsible for leading and coordinating actions on GBV prevention and response working in close collaboration with Government, multi-lateral, bilateral partners, UN colleagues and civil society towards the reduction of gender-based violence. Qualifications and Experience:● Advanced Degree in social work or other social sciences, public health, gender, international relations, international law, human rights, or related field is required.● At least five years of increasingly responsible professional experience in the field of gender and gender-based violence and addressing harmful social and gender norms programming and their application in development or humanitarian settings;
● Experience in programme / project management including experience in multi-sector projects and actively liaising with relevant and potential project partners;
● Proven experience in coordinating / managing teams;

Health LGBTQI+ rights/ SOGIESCBackground and Context
Equality for All Foundation (EFAF) Jamaica Limited is the foremost organisation advocating for and working to improve the human rights situation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) persons in Jamaica. The organisation promotes social change by empowering the LGBTQ+ community and building tolerance for and acceptance of LGBTQ+ people to increase tolerance and create the foundation for policy and legislative reform. Access to respectful, equitable, and high-quality healthcare remains a challenge for LGBTQ+ individuals in Jamaica. Stigma, discrimination, limited provider knowledge, and structural barriers can negatively affect health outcomes and healthcare-seeking behaviours. An existing training curriculum for healthcare workers was previously developed to address these gaps. However, changes in national policies, global best practices, terminology, and emerging health priorities necessitate an update to ensure the curriculum remains relevant, evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and aligned with current human rights and public health standards.
Scope of Work
EFAF is contracting the services of a consultant to review, revise and update the existing training curriculum to strengthen the capacity of healthcare workers to deliver inclusive, non-discriminatory and client-centred healthcare services to LGBTQ+ individuals in Jamaica.
The consultancy is aimed at:
✓ Reviewing and updating an existing curriculum for healthcare workers;
✓ Facilitating four (4) healthcare workers training across all four (4) regional health authorities;
Key Deliverables and Timeframe
The consultancy will last for a total of forty-five working days during the period April – June 2026. The following deliverable(s) are expected:
✓ An inception report outlining methodology, workplan, and timelines;
✓ A revised and updated training curriculum (facilitator and participant materials, as applicable);
✓ Create an agenda and presentations to conduct four (4) healthcare workers trainings across the four (4) regional health authorities (RHAs)
The consultant will report to the Director of Programmes and Partnerships.
Required Competencies & Skills
✓ An MSc. in Social Work, Public Policy or other related Social Science field
✓ Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing curriculums and/or conducting research and evaluations

GBV / VAWGPosition Summary.
The Jasiri program skilling lead provides technical guidance and expertise on skilling interventions and approaches for the Jasiri program participants, ensuring that the participants acquire transferable, market-relevant skills that increases opportunity for the program participants to build resilience and transition to dignified and fulfilling work opportunities The skilling lead shall ensure that the interventions are evidence-based, align with best practices and contribute to the goals of the Jasiri Program and the Young Africa Works Strategy.
The program skilling lead will carry out the following roles:- Coordination of program skilling interventions: Coordinate the implementation of the program skilling interventions and ensure effective communication and collaboration between consortium partners, program participants, and all program skilling partners, ensuring that the interventions focus on transferable and market-relevant skills
- Project Management: Ensuring that all skilling interventions are implemented according to the program skilling strategy, work plans, budgets, and timeline.
- Leadership and Team Management: Collaborate with the program skilling leads in the consortium to ensure activity tasks, deliverables, and responsibilities are met in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in the skilling ecosystem, including the private sector, industry bodies, government agencies, NGOs, community organisations, and other key actors relevant to the program.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all skilling interventions are compliant with the Mastercard Foundation charitable purposes, rules and regulations, as per specific contractual requirements. - Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating program performance on skilling, using data and feedback from diverse stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and adjustments to program implementation. Develop indicators that track skill acquisition, employment/start-up outcomes, and income generation.
- Financial and Budget Management: Ensure efficient and accountable use of program resources that support skilling interventions.
- Risk Management: Identify risks that may impact implementation of skilling interventions and lead development of mitigation measures towards ensuring the program’s success.
- Capacity Building:
Qualifications.- Education: Advanced degree (e.g., in international development, gender studies, social sciences, or a related field) is required. A combination of relevant education and extensive experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing skilling programs targeting marginalized and vulnerable young women and girls. Proven experience in managing and implementing international development programs, demonstrated experience working in consortiums is highly desirable.

Intern Responsibilities
Financing Reparations Workstream (80%)
Under the supervision of the Senior Advocacy and Policy Officer, the intern will support GSF’s research and advocacy agenda on financing reparations, with a particular focus on the development of a dedicated research module on reparations financing, in particular reparation fund structures and governance. Responsibilities will include:
• Conduct legal, policy, and comparative research to support a specific research module on financing of reparations for gross human rights violations(especially) reparation fund structures and governance; drafting background papers, research notes, comparative case summaries, and analytical inputs; assisting with literature reviews, source tracking, and the organisation of research materials relevant to reparations financing and fund establishment;

LGBTQI+ rights/ SOGIESCAu printemps 2015, Dialogai a ouvert Le Refuge Genève. Aujourd’hui encore, le manque de reconnaissance de l’homosexualité/transidentité brise parfois des liens sociaux ou familiaux et conduit des jeunes à l’exclusion. Dans le but de répondre aux besoins de jeunes LGBTIQ+ en difficulté et de participer à la pérennisation du Refuge Genève, Dialogai est à la recherche de :
Suivi social individuel avec les bénéficiaires
- Accueillir des jeunes LGBTIQ+ et/ou en questionnement en difficulté sociale, les accompagner et les orienter
- Accompagner les personnes hébergées dans leur quotidien (suivi médical, socioprofessionnel, administratif, juridique, etc.), en collaboration avec l’équipe éducative
- Mener des médiations familiales et soutien à la parentalité
- Favoriser le dialogue dans toutes les dimensions de la vie des bénéficiaires (scolaire, professionnelle, sociale)
- Prévenir les risques suicidaires et promouvoir la santé globale
- Évaluer les demandes d’hébergement en accord avec le protocole d’admission
- Assurer une présence régulière sur le site du Refuge Genève durant les heures d’ouvertures
- Mener des entretiens individuels et assurer le suivi des jeunes
Collectif pour les bénéficiaires
- Renforcer l’offre d’espace collectif visant à restaurer l’estime de soi
Collaboration et réseau
- Collaborer avec tous les acteuricexs (scolaires, professionnel.le.x.s, sociaux et médicaux) autour d’une situation
- Intervenir dans des institutions scolaires, sociales, professionnelles ou autres afin de prévenir des situations d’homophobie/transphobie et prendre en charge les demandes de suivi
- Représenter le Refuge Genève lors d’évènements internes et externes
- Développer et renforcer les partenariats nécessaires à la mission
En interne
- Collecter quantitativement et qualitativement les données du travail social
- Participer au colloque hebdomadaire d’équipe
- Veiller au bon usage et à l’entretien des locaux et du matériel appartenant à l’association ou mis à sa disposition
- Participer au bilan annuel du projet
Exigences
- Diplôme HETS uniquement, tout autre s’abstenir
- Connaissances et intérêts pour la thématique LGBTIQ+
- Excellentes connaissances du dispositif social genevois et romand
- Sens de l’organisation, grande autonomie, dynamisme, créativité
- Être au bénéfice d’un permis de travail valable
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques nécessaires à la récolte et transmission des données
- Bonne capacité de communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe
- Bonne résistance au stress
Profil souhaité
- 5 ans d’expérience dans le suivi éducatif de jeunes
- Grande capacité d’accueil et d’ouverture à la diversité
- Bonne maîtrise des techniques d’entretien
- Expérience du travail avec les familles
- Disponibilité et motivation pour rejoindre une équipe professionnelle dynamique et impliquée
- Grand intérêt et aptitude pour évoluer dans un contexte professionnel associatif
- Intérêt pour les buts de l’association, connaissance du travail associatif et de ses implications
