We're looking for people with:
- Experience in community organising or reproductive justice
- Lived experience or deep local community knowledge
- Excitement to build power from the ground up
Core Team
Are you someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and dive into the details to keep things running smoothly? If you’re into strategy, structure, and long-term movement building, the Core Team might be for you.
We’re looking for people with:
- An eye for detail and/or strategic thinking
- Lived experience or deep commitment to reproductive justice (from abortion rights to gender-affirming care)
You might be:
- Strengthening RRAC’s internal systems
- Growing networks and supporting organiser relationships
- Doing a bit of everything — helping other teams and holding the Collective together
Comms Team
Do you know how to tell a good story? Want to help shape RRAC’s voice, grow our reach, and make the case for reproductive justice? The Comms Team might be for you.
We’re looking for people with:
- A knack for storytelling with creativity and flair
- Experience creating content or managing social media (not essential)
- Lived experience or passion for reproductive justice
You might be:
- Creating content for our website and social channels
- Showcasing the work of our activists
- Amplifying reproductive justice campaigns to build collective power
Fundraising Team
Want to help RRAC grow and sustain our work for the long haul? If you’re into strategy, storytelling, and securing resources for justice, the Fundraising Team might be for you.
We’re looking for people with:
- Experience writing grants or funding applications
- Lived experience or strong commitment to reproductive justice
You might be:
- Researching new funding opportunities
- Writing grant proposals
- Helping us evaluate and communicate our impact
