Mission et activités principales :
Suivi et évaluation
• Développement et actualisation du cadre et des outils de suivi-évaluation ;
• Collecte, consolidation et analyse des données quantitatives et qualitatives, en lien avec les chargées d’octroi des subventions ;
• Définition d’indicateurs de résultat et d’impact en lien avec les requis des bailleurs de fonds du FFMed ;
• Production de données qualitatives et quantitatives pour alimenter le travail de plaidoyer du FFMed ;
• Contribution à la mise en valeur du travail du FFMed et, en particulier, de ses partenaires avec le pôle communication.
Gestion de projet
• Octroi des subventions : préparation et lancement de l’appel à candidatures, aide à la rédaction des demandes (si nécessaire), réception, étude et pré-sélection des dossiers, organisation des comités de sélection, envoi des contrats, réception et lecture des rapports, gestion des outils liés au suivi des projets ;
• Appui non-financier : réponse aux sollicitations diverses des associations, aide à trouver d’autres bailleurs, mise en réseau, relai et mise en valeur du travail des associations-partenaires auprès du grand public ;
• Co-organisation/facilitation de rencontres de réflexion stratégiques entre associations ;
• Visites de terrain, possible participation aux évènements des associationspartenaires ;
• Suivi et évaluation, analyse de données et production de statistiques ;
• Rédaction des différents rapports pour l'Union européenne ;
Profil recherché :
• Formation universitaire BAC+5 en gestion de projets internationaux/aide humanitaire, relations internationales, sciences politiques ou autres formations pertinentes pour le poste ;
• 5 années d’expérience dans une fonction équivalente de suivi-évaluation ;
• Expérience en gestion de projet avec financements de bailleurs institutionnels (AFD, MEAE, UE, etc.) fortement valorisée ; • Expérience de gestion de projet au sein de consortiums ou de réseaux fortement valorisée ;
• Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglai
• Forte sensibilité pour le féminisme et les droits des femmes, connaissance du mouvement des femmes et des milieux militants ;
• Connaissance de la région méditerranéenne souhaitée ;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssisting the Board treasurer by:
· Ensuring the annual budget is adequately prepared, monitored and reviewed.· Actively engaging in the review and assessment of WDV’s financial control and risk management strategies.- Liaising, on behalf of the Board, with funding authorities, auditors, and other external parties on financial matters, where Board representation is deemed to be necessary.

Financial and Risk
· Assists the Board Treasurer in reporting to the Board on WDV finances.
· Understands the organisation’s finances and helps the Treasurer liaise with the CEO and the Board Chairs on
financial matters.
· Assists the Board Treasurer to ensure the Board receives regular financial management reports
(prepared by the Financial Accountant) and act as financial interpreter for Board members.
· Assists the Board Treasurer to ensure that the Board's financial policies are being followed.
Board and Committee meetings
· Attends Board and Finance and Risk Committee meetings (monthly).
· Reads papers and consider issues before the meetings.
· Contributes to the discussion and resolution of issues at meetings.
Legal and Ethical Responsibilities
· Avoids making any improper use of your Board position, or of any information acquired by virtue of your position, to gain any material advantage for yourself or any other person, or to harm the organisation.
· Acts with reasonable care and in good faith in the best interests of WDVDESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE· Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting.
· Membership of a professional Accounting Body (CPA or CA).

Support with cohort recruitment and onboarding:
• Process and evaluate applications from prospective mentees and mentors within a specific timeframe, correspond with applicants to obtain further information where necessary.
• Use the mentoring software to support with tracking users through the intake process, ensuring that users are in the right place and have appropriate tags, summaries, notes, etc.

Internship description:

The Proud Trust is the custodian of The Proud Place, Manchester’s purpose built LGBTQ+ community centre. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial person to join our team. A person who can positively engage our community and is strategic in the development of events, activities and opportunities that happen within The Proud Place, with a view to future sustainability – environmental, social and financial. With income generation targets to make the role financially sustainable in the long-term, you will be responsible for creating a thriving sober community space, through a blend of free and paid events that respond to our communities needs and interests. Overall Purpose of the Role:
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the team to ensure that The specific needs and interests of the LGBTQ+ community shape the Proud Place's operations, events, activities, and opportunities. This varied role involves managing and maintaining The Proud Place's functions, including health and safety responsibilities, and engaging with community group users and other stakeholders to ensure our spaces run smoothly. The ultimate requirement for this role is to ensure The Proud Place's environmental, social, and financial sustainability and to maximise its potential as a queer sober space. As such, this role will have income-generation KPIs. Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly become embedded in everyday decision-making—shaping access to jobs, credit, healthcare, information and even personal autonomy—yet its development and deployment are far from neutral. Gendered impacts surface through a range of interconnected harms, including biased recruitment systems; stereotyping in feminised and racialized design of voice interfaces; and evident gender-based gaps in AI literacy and the “missing women” across design, deployment, and leadership in the tech sector. Harms are intensified by intersectional factors—race, age, class, language, and migration status—creating feedback loops that amplify pre-existing inequalities. From non-consensual synthetic image abuse to its use in recruitment, from datafication of sexual and reproductive health decisions to its application in a welfare setting, AI can both mirror and magnify old misogyny.
As regulators attempt to respond to AI’s rapid evolution, there is an urgent need to embed gender justice and intersectional equality into governance frameworks from the outset. This doctoral scholarship offers a unique opportunity to shape that conversation. Rather than simply mitigating risks, regulation can be a proactive tool for promoting fairness and equality across intersecting identities. With AI governance still in its formative stages, regulatory approaches can be designed to not only prevent harm but also harness AI’s potential to advance women’s rights and empowerment. The UTS Chair in Gender and the Law invites scholars to present a proposal for a 3-year doctoral research project that explores innovative approaches to regulating AI through an intersectional feminist lens, addressing algorithmic bias, combating compounded discrimination and ensuring that governance.
Who is eligible?
Applicants must have completed a Master by Research Degree or a Bachelor Degree with first class honours, or be regarded by the University as having an equivalent level of attainment. If an applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above, the University may make a determination that the applicant has demonstrated an equivalent level of attainment. In determining an equivalent level of academic attainment, the University may consider previous study, relevant work experience, research publications, referees’ reports and other research experience
Note: Please note that in order to be eligible for the Gender, Technology and the Law Doctoral Scholarship, applicants must first apply for and be accepted into the UTS PhD Degree in the Faculty of Law.
- Applicants will first formally apply to undertake a Doctor of Philosophy degree with the Law Faculty;
- The Faculty of Law will rank accepted applicants for consideration for the Gender, Technology and the Law Doctoral Scholarship;
- An applicant will need to be enrolled as a full-time student upon commencement of the Scholarship, or as a part-time student in the circumstance that the student has reasons acceptable to the University that preclude a full-time study for part or all of the course of study.
