POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Coordinator- Alliance for Universal Digital Rights (AUDRi) will ensure the effective coordination of the AUDRi coalition and ensure that its campaign objectives are met, namely to achieve the campaign outcomes and gain profile and platform for the campaign.The Global Coordinator will also support in mobilizing resources for the campaign.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the AUDRi coalition- Undertake consultations with diverse stakeholders and cultivate their interest, willingness, and ability to join and participate in the AUDRi coalition;
- Work with AUDRi supporters and the Steering Committee to establish the priorities for the coalition to achieve the campaign objectives and its ways of working, e.g. the establishment of regional and/or thematic clusters;
Support the strengthening and coordination of the AUDRi Steering Committee- Oversee the process of fully establishing the Steering Committee, its workplan, and ways of working in pursuit of the campaign objectives;
- Support the establishment of leadership and decision making structures and protocols of the Steering Committee, e.g. any working group committees and their terms of reference;
Lead on AUDRi’s campaigns communications and advocacy- Act as an expert adviser for the AUDRi coalition in the development and implementation of its communications and advocacy strategies;
- Collaborate and work with the Communications Team within Equality Now on the development of messages and communications, assets and tools for the Coalition;
Work with others in Equality Now to advance AUDRi goals- Work closely with the Global Lead - End Sexual Exploitation in overall oversight of and reporting on the AUDRi campaign;
- Contribute to resource mobilization activities in collaboration with Equality Now’s Development Team;
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Master’s Degree in law, international affairs, economics, political science, non-profit management or related field;
- Relevant experience in coordinating and leading inter-agency initiatives;
- Experience in coordinating global and/or diverse coalitions is highly desirable;
- Experience in international advocacy aimed at governments and international bodies is highly desirable;
- Previous campaign management experience;
- Minimum 2 - 3 years project and remote staff management experience;
- Proven record of effective project management, demonstrating the ability to ensure that projects are carried out on time, within budget, and produce products of excellent quality;
- Proven record as a team player, demonstrating flexibility and diplomacy;
- Good understanding of and passion for gender equality and digital rights.

Key Responsibilities And Deliverables
Project management and technical oversight (70%)- Overall responsibility for the technical quality and standards of the GBV component of the USAID/BHA integrated project, in line with budgets and work-plans, focusing on producing required deliverables.
- Overall responsibility for supervising and supporting timely and effective implementation of the USAID/BHA Protection project and activities, including achieving set indicator targets and objectives.
- Performance and line manage protection staff in each Region, always ensure full coverage of staff.
Monitoring, Reporting and Accountability (20%)- Take an active role in the monitoring of interventions; ensure the collection, analysis and sharing of data related to project activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Campaigns- Support the development of the European campaign strategy in coordination and alignment with the larger global campaign strategies for the Brave Movement with partners and allies.
- Lead on the delivery of Brave campaigns (currently Brave is prioritizing an online safety campaign) in coordination with the Movement Action Team and provide regular updates both internally and externally (through established and agreed communications channels).

• Promover información sobre rutas de atención y derivación de servicios disponibles en la comunidad de acogida, estación de recepción migratoria u otro punto de atención que brinde asistencia a mujeres en violencia con un enfoque centrado en el sobreviviente, evitando incidir sobre las decisiones de estas personas.
• Coordinar el acceso de la persona sobreviviente de VBG a servicios especializados y disponibles, estableciendo un plan de acción y seguimiento. Entre los servicios se incluyen: Asistencia médica; Apoyo psicosocial; Asesoría legal y Espacios seguros; Kits de dignidad.

Essential ResponsibilitiesSTRATEGY AND VISION

Purpose of Position
As a member of the core project leadership team, the Director of Gender and Inclusive Development will lead the development and implementation of a project gender and inclusive development analysis and strategy and work in close collaboration with project leaders to integrate gender equity and inclusive development (GEID) into all RTIA activities. The Director of Gender and Inclusive Development will also contribute to the activity’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Communications Plans, bringing a gender and inclusion lens to those core project functions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead evidence-based gender and inclusive development analysis to inform both overarching gender/inclusion strategies and design of effective technical interventions;
- Coordinate Develop RTIA’s gender equity and inclusive development (GEID) strategy;
- Develop and lead implementation of practical tools to incorporate women in all their diversity, and vulnerable group’s views, into RTIA;
- Integrate considerations of women, youth, and indigenous communities into every aspect of the activity, including into all work plans and Project Activity Facility activities;
- Contribute on GEID to all technical reports and deliverables;
- Document GEID success stories and testimonials;
- Lead design and management of Youth, Gender Equity, and Social Inclusion Advisory Board;
- Support GEID in MEL, including disaggregation in data collection;
- Provide expert technical assistance to public and private partners to integrate GEID;
- Conduct qualitative analysis from a GEID perspective, producing evidence and insights on how RTIA activities are advancing GEID and RTIA objectives, and recommending activity adjustments as needed to empower marginalized populations;
- Lead gender-sensitive stakeholder engagements to contribute to understanding causal pathways for activity impact and mitigating any unintended consequences; and
- Manage relationships with gender-focused organizations, youth-led and youth serving entities, and organizations representing indigenous communities and other vulnerable groups.
Key Competencies Required
- University degree from accredited institution (B.A. / B.S. or equivalent) in a relevant field;
- 10 years of progressively responsible, relevant experience;
- Familiarity with USAID’s 2023 Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Policy; ADS Chapter 205 Integrating Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment in USAID’s Program Cycle; the USAID LGBT Vision for Action; the USAID Youth in Development Policy 2022 Update; and the US Strategy to Prevent and Respond to Gender-Based Violence Globally 2022;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering impactful gender equity and inclusion analysis, strategy development, and programming.
