Responsibilities
- Managing the organisation's financial activities, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement an efficient financial system and policy for Noon, including budgeting, salaries, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
Handling day-to-day financial transactions, such as processing invoices, managing payroll, and reimbursing expenses.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of grant proposals and managing grant funds.
- Providing administrative support to the organisation, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and record-keeping.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to support effective financial management and decision-making.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and maintaining employee records.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining records and documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management and administration.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to gender equality and feminist principles
