Sistech is a non religious and non-political European non-profit empowering refugee women through digital & tech employment career pathways.
Created back in 2017 by Joséphine Goube and previously known as #TF4Women by Techfugees, Sistech operates in Greece, Italy and France thanks to a team of 14 as well as 850+ volunteers who have been involved with us since the start and standing for diversity and inclusion by offering their time and skills.
Sistech aims to become the leading professional inclusion programme provider for refugee women in Europe with 5,000+ women served and a 70% positive outcome rate.
Join our global team working on our communications, PR & event across France, Italy & Greece. Work on challenging local contexts within an international team while also developing the global brand and awareness of Sistech!
The Communications Officer will lead the development and implementation of our internal & external Communications and PR strategy, collaborating with management.

You will work under the management of the CEO, Josephine Goube, with the Partnerships Officer and tutor our Graphic & Motion Design apprentice.
Your targets will fall into 3 categories: Branding, Partnerships & Programmes Coms.
As a revenue-scarce but in-kind resources & good karma rich organisation as well as a genuinely innovative and ambitious team, we are looking for someone with energy, positivity, a handful of good jokes to share when shit hit the fan, diplomacy, and the ability to see & search for coms opportunities in order to fully support the next phase of our amazing journey.
