Participate in ERM, QRR, and other relevant project-review meetings.
-Support the division’s specialists and operational teams in assessing strategic alignment and integrating considerations related to women’s economic empowerment and society-wide inclusiveness throughout the project cycle.
-Maintain portfolio databases and monitoring systems on alignment, activities, indicators, and beneficiary disaggregation.
-Prepare analytical, management, and corporate reports on portfolio performance, alignment trends, and GDAP progress.
-Collaborate with GDI, the Office of Strategic Planning and Development Effectiveness (SPD), and other departments to ensure consistency in alignment methodologies, validation, monitoring, and reporting.
-Support the development, testing, implementation, and use of analytical tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen gender and diversity strategic alignment, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and knowledge management processes, including the division’s Impact Tracker and related functionalities.
-Deliver training and capacity-building activities on alignment requirements, methodologies, tools, and reporting processes.
-Support the preparation and implementation of GDI's technical cooperation (TC) portfolio and corporate work program, including annual TC reports, knowledge products, corporate reports, and other activities aligned with the division’s priorities
