About W4 and the Social Entrepreneurship Program
W4 — Women’s WorldWide Web is a non-profit development organisation registered in France and the USA, working to advance girls’ and women’s empowerment worldwide. Through digital
connection and collaboration, W4 supports access to education, healthcare, economic opportunities, human rights, and political participation.

At the heart of W4’s work is promoting equal access to and participation in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and Social Entrepreneurship (SE) as pathways to greater
opportunity, inclusion, and empowerment.

W4 runs comprehensive Social Entrepreneurship Programmes that support women entrepreneurs through a structured journey, from exploring the foundations of social entrepreneurship to venture
development and incubation. Through this approach, participants are supported to develop and validate their ideas, strengthen their business models, build and test prototypes, and progress towards sustainable, impact-driven ventures with potential for growth and fundraising.

About the role
The Social Enterprise Programme Consultant will play a key role in delivering our Social Entrepreneurship Programmes, including the design and delivery of social entrepreneurship training.
The role brings together programme coordination, training and workshop facilitation, expert and mentor engagement, entrepreneurship coaching, ecosystem engagement, and programme learning.
We are looking for someone who combines strong organisational and facilitation skills with entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a genuinely participant-centred approach.
W4’s Social Entrepreneurship Programmes are designed to evolve through continuous learning, reflection, and improvement. The Consultant will contribute actively to this process by gathering
participant feedback, documenting lessons learned, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating insights from programme delivery into practical enhancements across our programmes.
At the heart of the role is a mission-driven and entrepreneurial mindset, someone who brings curiosity, energy, reliability, and initiative to their work, while remaining focused on women’s
empowerment, social impact, and delivering a high-quality, engaging experience for every participant.
