Eduxo.eu is a European youth-led organisation working at the intersection of democracy, equality, education, youth participation and European cooperation. Through European projects, advocacy, leadership programmes, trainings, campaigns and community initiatives, we create opportunities for young people to shape a more inclusive and participatory Europe. 

• Develop and implement Eduxo.eu's partnerships and stakeholder-engagement strategy. 

• Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with NGOs, institutions, universities, foundations, companies and other potential partners. 

• Build a structured partnership pipeline and identify opportunities for co-created projects, events, campaigns and funding applications. 

• Represent Eduxo.eu in relevant meetings, networking opportunities and external events. 

• Develop and oversee Eduxo.eu's events strategy and annual events calendar. 

• Lead or supervise the planning and delivery of conferences, workshops, trainings, networking events and project activities. 

• Support sponsorship, speaker, venue, supplier and stakeholder coordination where relevant. 

• Work closely with project and communications teams to ensure strong promotion, visibility and follow-up. 

• Participate actively in Board meetings and contribute to Eduxo.eu's strategy, governance and organisational development. 

• Experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, external relations, business development, events, project management or community building. 

• Excellent relationship-building, communication and networking skills. 

• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines. 

• A strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth. 

• Confidence representing an organisation externally in international and multicultural environments. 

• A proactive, reliable and ownership-oriented working style. 

• Commitment to democracy, equality, inclusion, youth participation and European cooperation. 

• Very good command of English; additional European languages are an asset.
