Eduxo.eu is a European youth-led organisation working at the intersection of democracy, equality, education, youth participation and European cooperation. Through European projects, advocacy, leadership programmes, trainings, campaigns and community initiatives, we create opportunities for young people to shape a more inclusive and participatory Europe. 

The role
• Develop and implement Eduxo.eu's overall communications, visibility and brand strategy.
• Strengthen and safeguard the organisation's positioning, visual identity and tone of voice.
• Lead editorial planning and coordinate social media, website, newsletter and campaign content.
• Ensure consistency and quality across organisational and project-level communications.
• Develop communication plans for European projects, advocacy initiatives, events and campaigns.
• Support media relations, press releases, external outreach and storytelling around Eduxo.eu's impact.
• Coordinate and mentor communications contributors and improve internal communications workflows.
• Monitor communication performance and use insights and data to improve future activities.
• Participate actively in Board meetings and contribute to Eduxo.eu's strategy, governance and organisational development.
Who we are looking for
• Experience in communications, digital communications, social media, branding, journalism, PR, marketing, campaigns or content strategy. 
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into accessible and engaging content. 
• Strong understanding of digital communication and social media ecosystems. 
• A combination of creativity, strategic thinking and strong organisational skills. 
• Comfort coordinating contributors, editorial workflows and multiple communication channels. 
• Interest in European affairs, civil society, democracy, equality and youth participation. 
• A proactive, reliable and ownership-oriented working style.
• Excellent command of English; additional European languages are an asset. 
• Skills in graphic design, video, website management, newsletters or analytics are welcome but not mandatory.
