We are the Reproductive Rights Activist Collective: a volunteer-led network of community organisers for reproductive justice. We're looking for a volunteer fundraiser who can help us to find our first amazing funding opportunity.
The role will involve identifying and tracking funding opportunities, maintaining an up-to-date planner of application deadlines, and working with a small team of other volunteers to assess and prioritise potential opportunities. You will support the development and writing of grant applications and project proposals, helping us put forward clear, compelling funding requests.

You will support the development and writing of grant applications and project proposals, helping us put forward clear, compelling funding requests.
As part of a flexible team, you may also support other RRAC fundraising activities, including merchandise sales and online crowdfunding campaigns. Team responsibilities are shared, so you may occasionally lead meetings or take minutes, with these tasks rotating between team members.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Good concise writing skills. Experience with grant applications or project proposals is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to switch priorities as the team’s needs change.
- Good communication and collaborative skills, including the ability to work effectively with RRAC’s other teams, particularly Communications.
- Reliable availability and responsiveness to support the team and meet fundraising deadlines.
We ask for a commitment of around ~4 per week, including attendance of fortnightly team meetings.
