Eduxo - European Network for Democracy and Equality - is looking for an Onboarding Experience Officer to design and manage a smooth, engaging, and
structured onboarding journey for all new volunteers.
This is a high-impact, people-focused role, ensuring that every new member feels welcomed, informed, and ready to contribute from day one. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Volunteer Engagement groups
Key Responsibilities
• Design and improve Eduxo’s onboarding process and journey
• Coordinate onboarding for new volunteers across teams
• Develop onboarding materials (guides, presentations, checklists)
• Ensure new members receive all necessary information and access
• Act as a first point of contact during onboarding
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience
• Ensure consistency and quality across all onboarding processes
• Collaborate with HR and team leads to align expectations
Profile we’re looking for
• Experience in HR, onboarding, community management, or coordination
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to structure processes
• Empathy and ability to support new members effectively
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in working in an international NGO environment
• Interest in democracy, equality, and youth empowerment
