About the Role
 The Senior Manager – Projects & Partnerships will lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of on-ground programs while building and managing strategic  partnerships with community stakeholders, institutions, government bodies, and  partner organizations. The role focuses on ensuring effective program delivery, strong field coordination, and sustainable collaborations aligned with organizational goals.
 Responsibilities:
  1. Project Implementation & Management
     ● Lead end-to-end execution of on-ground programs and initiatives.
     ● Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies.
     ● Ensure activities are delivered as per project objectives and donor commitments.
     ● Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth program rollout.
     ● Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
  2. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
     ● Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, community groups, corporates,
     educational institutions, and local authorities.
     ● Identify new collaboration opportunities aligned with program goals.
     ● Represent the organization in external meetings and field engagements.
     ● Strengthen long-term stakeholder relationships.
  3. Team & Field Coordination
     ● Supervise program officers, program managers and volunteers.
     ● Travel to projects on ground and meet with stakeholders and team.
  4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
     ● Track program outputs, outcomes, and key indicators.
     ● Work closely with Monitoring & Evaluation teams for data collection and analysis.
     ● Prepare donor reports, impact summaries, and internal updates.
     ● Maintain accurate documentation and field records.
Required Qualifications and Experience
 ● Graduate in Social Work (preferably with a background in Gender Studies),
 or
 ● Graduate in any discipline with demonstrated passion for social change and gender justice.
 ● Minimum 5 years of experience in NGO program implementation or social sector
 projects.
