About Everyone's Invited
Everyone's Invited is a charity dedicated to exposing and eradicating rape culture through conversation,
education and systemic change. We work with young people, schools, policymakers and the wider public to challenge the conditions that enable sexual violence and misogyny to persist.
Our vision is a society where everyone - regardless of background, identity, or circumstance - is free from sexual violence, harm and oppression. A world where respect, consent and equity are embedded from the earliest stages of life.
Role Summary
As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily operations and
administration, and in the long-term sustainability of the organisation. You'll work closely with the CEO, COO and senior team to coordinate systems, support financial reconciliation, lead HR across the employee lifecycle, manage a team of 40+ volunteers, and oversee logistics across projects and teams as well as leading on the management of our online safe space.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with prior charity sector experience who is highly
organised, proactive, and eager to work within a values-driven organisation building a safer and more just world.

As we are a fast-growing organisation, your responsibilities may evolve to meet the needs of the organisation. This role may occasionally require light physical labour (such as moving furniture).

 Person Specification Essential
• Previous operations or office management experience within the charity or non-profit sector.
• Confident with basic finance and reconciliation processes (experience with Xero desirable).
• Proven experience managing HR processes end-to-end, including contracts, probations and appraisals.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and experience maintaining policy and governance documentation.
• A fast, accurate learner, confident picking up new systems and processes independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt tone and register across different audiences.
• A high degree of discretion and judgement when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment as part of a small, growing team.
