We are inviting dedicated and accomplished professionals to serve as Volunteer Members of our Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise, influence strategic direction, and help mobilize partnerships and resources that will strengthen our work.

We are inviting dedicated and accomplished professionals to serve as Volunteer Members of our Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise, influence strategic direction, and help mobilize partnerships and resources that will strengthen our work.
We are looking for individuals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Strategic Partnerships and Networking
- o Building relationships with like-minded organizations, development partners, philanthropic foundations, corporate partners, and the private sector.
- o Opening doors to strategic collaborations that enhance organizational growth and impact.
• Resource Mobilization and Fundraising
- o At least 6 years of proven experience securing funding from international donors, foundations, bilateral and multilateral agencies, corporate partners, and domestic funding sources.
- o Knowledge of donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and philanthropic giving.
• Legal and Institutional Development
- o Governance and board development.
- o Organizational compliance, policy development, risk management, and legal advisory.
- o Institutional strengthening and sustainability.
• Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment
- o Experience in designing or implementing gender-responsive programs, women's economic empowerment initiatives, advocacy, leadership development, or policy engagement.
• Youth Programming
- o Expertise in youth development, leadership, entrepreneurship, employability, financial inclusion, civic engagement, or youth-centered programs design.
Expected Commitment
Board members will serve on a volunteering basis and are expected to;
• Attend quarterly board meetings and occasional committee meetings.
• Serve an initial term of 3 years, renewable subject to Board approval and organizational needs
• Support in resource mobilization efforts and institutional development initiatives
• Participate in strategic discussions and informed decision-making processes.
