If you're passionate about gender equality, disability and social inclusion - and looking for a role where you can learn from experienced practitioners while making a tangible difference across the Pacific and Timor-Leste - we'd love to hear from you.
As a GEDSI Officer, you'll work alongside our GEDSI Coordinators, Managers and Senior Manager to bring our GEDSI strategy and annual plan to life. No two days will look the same: one day you might be helping coordinate an International Women's Day event, the next you could be drafting a best-practice note, supporting travel logistics for a regional workshop, or contributing ideas to a new training resource. It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety, exposure to senior leaders and international development practitioners, and a genuine opportunity to grow your career in a supportive team.
These are fixed-term opportunities based in our Brisbane office, with a flexible hybrid arrangement (minimum 50% in-office presence each week).
If this opportunity interests you, we encourage you to apply promptly. Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
