Job Summary:
The Development Associate plays a key role in sustaining and growing Pregnancy Justice’s fundraising efforts across all fundraising segments. This position supports donor engagement and stewardship, database management, grant tracking, fundraising events, and day-to-day development operations. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, relational, and committed to the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in fundraising, communications, program coordination, project management or related work.
- Experience with donor databases/CRMs (Salesforce and Funraise preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including tracking multiple deliverables and sources of information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and use of relevant software to analyze revenue and other quantitative information (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
