We're seeking an experienced leader to help shape our organisation's next chapter and ensure we deliver high-impact outcomes for the community.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational planning and performance, business improvement, and organisational growth.
You'll join a purpose-led leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving evidence-based impact and building a thriving, future-focused organisation.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee operational business planning to support organisational goals.
- Translate strategy into clear operational plans, priorities, and performance measures.
- Drive innovation, service improvement and organisational efficiency.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Oversee quality, safety, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with the CEO and Board to shape organisational strategy and report on progress.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in the following core competencies
- Experience/expertise in translating and implementing strategy into operations and/or business transformation.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams through growth and change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative, values-driven leadership style.
- Experience in a For Purpose, health and/or primary care is highly regarded but not essential.
