From recruitment to internal communications and organisational systems, you’ll be contributing to the structural backbone of women’s political empowerement. This is a less visible side but essential side of our work.

- Assist in building tools and systems to improve Politics4Her internal functioning. This may mean developing guidelines or resource platforms. For instance, we want to start working on an internal website to tackle access to information.
- Opportunity and encouragement to propose, develop and work on committee events and programs in addition to administrative responsibilities. We welcome any initiatives and/or projects that uphold our values and commitments to gender equality, visibility, and empowerment from whichever angle your background is, whether that is at the intersection with climate change, reproductive justice, economic equity, technology or more.
