Call for Trainers: Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Specialist
The Family and Childhood Protection Society (FCPS) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced trainer specializing in Gender-Based Violence (GBV) to deliver a comprehensive 4-day training program targeting civil society organizations.

Assignment Duration:
4 consecutive days
Location:
Dead Sea, Jordan

Objective of the Training:
To strengthen the capacities of women’s and community-based organizations in preventing and responding to gender-based violence, through enhancing knowledge, practical skills, and institutional approaches.
  
Scope of Work:
Design and deliver interactive training sessions on GBV concepts, prevention, and response mechanisms
Facilitate participatory learning activities and group discussions
Provide practical tools and case-based learning relevant to the local context
Submit a brief training report upon completion

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in GBV programming, training, or advocacy
At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Experience working with civil society organizations is highly desirable
Fluency in Arabic (English is an asset)
