EDUXO – European Network for Democracy & Equality – is seeking a dedicated and organised Talent Acquisition Lead to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and people development across our rapidly growing European NGO. This is a key volunteer position for ensuring that EDUXO attracts, welcomes, and supports passionate individuals aligned with our feminist, youth-led, intersectional mission. 

Role Purpose 
The Talent Acquisition Lead designs and oversees recruitment processes for volunteers, members, governance candidates, and internal roles (Specialists, Leads, Project teams). You will ensure transparent, inclusive, and values-based recruitment pathways while coordinating with the HR Team, President, and Specialist Leads. Your work will directly shape the people powering EDUXO’s projects, campaigns, and advocacy work across Europe. 

Key Responsibilities 
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:  Lead recruitment cycles for all open positions (volunteers, specialists, interns, committee roles, governance positions)  Draft clear role descriptions and define selection criteria  Manage outreach, calls for candidates, posting on platforms, and community engagement  Screen applications and shortlist candidates  Organise interviews together with relevant team members  Develop and maintain inclusive, intersectional recruitment guidelines  Support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and the President  Maintain transparent records (applications, timelines, outcomes)  Create and update recruitment reports and metrics  Advise on talent needs and future capacity planning  Participate in periodic HR and cross-team coordination meetings  Promote a healthy, supportive culture in line with EDUXO values  Ensure GDPR-compliant handling of candidate data
