Empauher is offering a remote internship. Gain hands-on experience in website, blog, and content creation with a purpose-driven LGBTQIA+ and neuroinclusive coaching business.

Description

Empauher is offering a remote internship (15 hours/week, 90 days) for a creative and motivated individual to support our website, blog, and content creation.

This role is ideal for someone interested in purpose-driven work, particularly in the areas of LGBTQIA+ inclusion, neurodiversity, and social impact, who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital content and online business development.

Key Responsibilities

Update and manage website content (WordPress/Elementor)
Upload, format, and maintain blog posts
Support with content creation (blogs, social media posts, visuals)
Assist with content planning and scheduling (e.g. using Buffer)
Contribute creative ideas to improve user experience and online engagement

What We Offer

Weekly 1:1 coaching session (30 mins) – career coaching or neurodivergent or LGBTQI+ coaching (not therapy!)
Weekly supervision (3 x 30 mins live online meetings) for guidance and development

This is an unpaid internship, designed as a structured learning opportunity with mentorship and skill development.

Personal Specification

  • Strong interest in LGBTQIA+ inclusion and/or neurodiversity
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 CEFR)
  • Creative, organised, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Interest in content creation, blogging, or digital platforms
  • have access to a fast internet connection

  • Technical Requirements
  • Laptop/Computer:
    •  A reliable laptop or desktop capable of running web browsers, Canva, and basic WordPress/Elementor editing 
    •  Minimum 8GB RAM recommended (4GB acceptable if performance is stable) 
    •  Updated browser (Chrome, Safari, or equivalent) 
  • Internet Connection:
    •  Stable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
    •  Ability to join video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) without interruption

Experience

No formal experience required. Some experience or familiarity with content creation, WordPress, or Elementor is a plus.
