✨ Politics4Her is an intersectional feminist, youth-led organization advocating for the inclusive participation of young women and girls in politics, civil society, and decision-making. Our mission is to dismantle barriers, challenge stereotypes, and empower young women to lead with confidence.
This role is essential in driving Politics4Her's efforts in extending our initiatives focused on young women empowerment, by creating and strengthening partnerships with diverse entities, such as international organizations. The ideal candidate will work within the Outreach Team to ensure the identification, coordination and planning of our own projects while connecting with reliable stakeholders. Must be able to draft documents, maintain a clear database, recognize potential connections and work with a multicultural feminist team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality partnerships that can leverage our initiatives.
- Research and identify potential partners with similar interests that align with our goals.
- Elaborate and organize new initiatives in the name of the organization.
- Preserve and support partnerships through documenting activities, impact, topics, and principles.
- Maintain and prepare an active, precise, personalized communication with partners. Proficient in contacting via email and meetings.
- Drafting documents, reports and strategy plans.
- Provide updated systems and databases.
- Track KPIs and monthly progress regarding the committee and respective tasks
- Develop and share activities information to other internal committees, not only for knowledge purposes, but also in case of coordinating tasks.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory - feminist activism background and some experience in outreach or public relations.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills in English.
- Experience with google tools, canva and zoom is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High sense of commitment to attend meetings, to moderate our online events and to do ~20 hours of volunteer work monthly.
- Background in outreach, public relations, project management, international relations, gender studies or a related field desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with feminist principles and gender-focused projects is a plus.
