DESCRIPTION AVPN seeks a highly qualified and experienced video documentation and communications consultant to develop compelling, high-quality video and media collateral that captures and communicates the impact of the Funds Plus Programme. Funds Plus is a capacity-building initiative supporting Round 1 and Round 2 grantees of the Asia Gender Equality Fund (AGEF). The produced content will surface programme impact, highlight key learning outcomes, and communicate meaningful stories of change to funders, partners, and stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The consultant will be responsible for managing the full video production lifecycle, from concept development and impact mapping to filming, post-production, and final delivery.

The primary objective of this consultancy is to produce high-quality, engaging, and professional video communication collateral that adheres strictly to AVPN branding guidelines and achieves the following:

● Produce content optimised for high engagement across multiple platforms, including social media and AVPN digital channels (e.g., website

The consultant or consultancy firm should demonstrate:
● Proven professional experience in video production, documentary storytelling, media consulting, and/or communications
● Strong portfolio of documentary or case-study style content, particularly in translating complex or abstract concepts (e.g., capacity building) into compelling human stories
● Demonstrated experience producing content within or for the Asia-Pacific region, with clear cultural sensitivity
● Technical expertise in professional production equipment and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)
