EDUXO is looking for a committed and skilled Web Designer / Web Developer to support the visual identity, structure, accessibility, and technical performance of our website.
This role is essential for strengthening our digital presence as a fast-growing, youth-led feminist organisation active at the European level.

꾆 Role Purpose
The Web Designer / Web Developer ensures that EDUXO’s website is:
 Visually coherent and aligned with our brand
 Technically functional, accessible, mobile-optimised
 Up-to-date with campaigns, events, and institutional content
 A strategic tool for engagement, advocacy, and visibility
You will work closely with the Communications Team, the President, and other internal units.

꾆 Key Responsibilities
As a Web Designer / Web Developer, you will:
 Update and maintain EDUXO’s website (layout, pages, content, visual elements)
 Implement UX/UI improvements based on our organisational needs
 Ensure full accessibility (WCAG-friendly) and mobile responsiveness
 Create and update pages for projects, campaigns, events, and resources
 Manage integrations (forms, plugins, analytics, multilingual content)
 Identify and fix minor technical issues (broken links, format glitches, load speed)
 Support the visual branding and consistency of the site
 Propose improvements to structure, navigation, and user experience
 Contribute to long-term digital strategy and redesign planning
 Participate in periodic coordination check-ins (flexible)

Requirements We’re looking for someone with: 
 Experience in web design and/or web development 
 Knowledge of WordPress (preferred) or similar CMS 
 Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus, not mandatory) 
 Design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite
  Understanding of UX/UI design, accessibility, and user flow 
 Ability to maintain consistent visual identity 
 Problem-solving mindset, reliability, and attention to detail 
 Motivation to support a youth-led, feminist, values-driven NGO 
 Knowledge of English and/or Italian (French is a plus)
