EDUXO – European Network for Democracy & Equality – is opening a call for new Board Members to join our Executive Board and help shape the strategic direction of our organisation for the upcoming term.
Who we are
EDUXO is a youth-led feminist organisation working across Europe to advance equality, protect rights, and mobilise young people. We lead campaigns such as Loveducation, YouthPowerEU, Art4Love and cross-border initiatives on political participation, gender-based violence
prevention, and civic engagement.
What you will do
As a Board Member, you will:
• Contribute to strategy, decision-making, and organisational growth
• Co-lead your area of responsibility (e.g., Communications, Events, Advocacy, Membership, Fundraising, HR, Partnerships…)
• Support volunteers, projects, and campaigns
• Represent EDUXO in institutional, community, and public spaces
• Help strengthen our governance, transparency, and long-term sustainability

• Experience (or a strong motivation to develop experience) in governance, advocacy, communication, events, fundraising, HR, membership, or organisational development
• A collaborative mindset, reliability, and good communication skills
• Availability for bimonthly Board meetings + strategic work throughout the week (average 5 hours)
• Motivation to contribute to a growing, dynamic European organisation
