About Prospera
Prospera International Network of Women’s and Feminist Funds (INWFF) is a membership network of independent women’s and feminist funds that work to redistribute resources to diverse women’s and feminist movements across the Global South and East.

About the Role
The Programmes Officer plays a pivotal role in strengthening engagement with Prospera’s member funds and ensuring effective programme delivery across two regions. This role combines strategic coordination, political and operational management, and collaborative learning to deepen cross-regional connections and collective action within the network.
Working closely with Regional Focal Points and the Programmes Manager, the Programmes Officer will help deliver pooled initiatives, convenings, and learning spaces while amplifying members’ voices and advancing Prospera’s feminist mission. The role requires someone who can think politically, act collaboratively, and hold both strategy and delivery with care and accountability.

Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and deliver programmes that strengthen regional collaboration, enhance collective learning, and advance political and strategic priorities across the network. The position bridges operations and strategy—linking member engagement, knowledge exchange, and advocacy alignment—while supporting an evolving and dynamic feminist ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strengthen relationships with member funds in strategic collaboration with Regional Focal Points;
  • Support regional strategy and political analysis, feeding insights into cross-regional learning and pooled initiatives;
  • Coordinate regional programme delivery, including grant-related processes, learning spaces, and convenings (agenda design, logistics, budgeting);
  • Facilitate member engagement in external spaces, supporting preparation, debriefs, and collaboration with the Advocacy and communications team;
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams (Advocacy, Operations, etc.) to ensure aligned and integrated member support;
  • Support documentation and data management, including work plans, reports, and learning materials;
  • Participate in organisational planning, budgeting, and risk management processes for events and workshops;
  • Contribute to advocacy and external engagement by shaping messages and coordinating with allies and member funds.
Skills and Experience
Required:
  • 3–4 years’ experience in programme or project coordination, ideally within feminist, women’s rights, or social justice organisations;
  • Degree in gender studies, international relations, social sciences, or related areas (Master’s preferred);
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, including data management and reporting;
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives and facilitate collective and inclusive processes;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural, and remote environments;
  • Experience in global or regional organisations;
  • Experience in networks, advocacy, or feminist organisations;
  • Familiarity with women’s and feminist funds models;
  • Excellent English language knowledge. Spanish speakers a plus, as well as other additional languages;
  • Based in or with a cross-regional work experience in the Global South and East, ideally covering Asia.
  • Being based or comfortable working between IST and CET time zones
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
