 THE ROLE 
As AIIW expands its impact, we are growing the team. The Gender Lens Investing (GLI) Lead plays a pivotal role in advancing AIIW’s strategic priorities to grow gender-lens investment and influence how capital is applied for gender equity. 

Working as part of the AIIW team, this role drives initiatives that strengthen the ecosystem for gender-lens investing — including leadership of the Gender Lens Investing (GLI) Collaborative, one of AIIW’s flagship strategies to accelerate systemslevel change. November 2025 P2/6 The Lead is responsible for coordinating the GLI Collaborative and related projects, cultivating cross-sector relationships, and managing the implementation of key strategic activities that build AIIW’s impact and visibility in the field. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the GLI Collaborative’s Working Group, this role will lead the delivery of engagement strategies and programs, equipping investors with the knowledge and tools to apply a gender lens. 

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 
• 5-10 years’ experience working in a similar role. 
• Experience working in the for-purpose sector, and have knowledge of gender equality, social impact, or responsible investment. 
• Experience convening and facilitating cross-sector engagement, fostering collaborations, and driving collective action. 
• Proven track record in project management, program development, and stakeholder engagement. 
• Demonstrated relationship-building experience with diverse stakeholders and sectors. 
• Demonstrated ability to work ebectively in small teams, contributing to multiple projects.
