Gender-based violence (GBV)
At Juno we acknowledge the various ways women and non-binary people are marginalised and the impact of intersecting forms of discrimination. We are dedicated to amplifying their voices to increase awareness of their challenges, and advocate for changes to systems that hold them back.
ABOUT JUNO
Juno works with women (trans and cisgender), non-binary people, and accompanying children in Melbourne’s northern suburbs who are experiencing homelessness, family violence, or economic insecurity.
Our work is led by frameworks of intersectional feminist and politicised trauma informed practice. Our approach to support is non-judgemental, evidence-based, and person-centred.
Juno is committed to ensuring that our team is reflective of the diverse community we support and value a culture of equity, inclusion, and diversity. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQA+ people, people with disability, people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, women and non-binary people, and people with lived/living experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Ability to speak a community language is also desirable.
Juno has an Equal Opportunity Exemption (H148/2021) and requests applications from women (trans and cis) and non-binary people only.

Working with a team of committed professionals you will be responsible for providing case management support to women, non-binary people, and accompanying children, who are experiencing homelessness and its related impacts, often caused by experiences of family violence.
