BACKGROUND
Strengthening the Frontlines: Gender, Climate Resilience, and Pacific Leadership is a strategic research initiative led by the ResourceFULL Collective. It seeks to surface, document, and strategically share stories of Pacific feminist movement actors who are responding powerfully to the gendered impacts of the climate crisis — often with very limited support. These stories will form the evidence base of a bold campaign to shift funding power and narrative influence in the lead-up to Women Deliver 2026 (Melbourne) and COP31 (likely to be Adelaide, tbd).
OBJECTIVES OF THE CONSULTANCY
The consultant will:
Develop and implement a decolonial, culturally appropriate research and storytelling methodology in collaboration with the ResourceFULL Collective.
Gather and curate compelling, real-world stories that highlight the transformative impact of Pacific feminist movements.
