We need women+ who are intersectional feminists and who bring:

- Beautiful writing.
- Fearless thinking
- People skills: we need you to be confident reaching out to strangers, making calls, or sending WhatsApps: even to people you don’t know yet
- The ability to use AI tools cleverly (to save time) and responsibly (in line with QW+’s evolving AI policy, and using prompts that challenge bias).
- A safe pair of hands, even under pressure.
- Social media savvy
What you’ll do

- Database growth & curation – helping us find new women+ experts for our database. Provide behind-scenes support in fact-checking and copy-editing experts’ profiles.
- Social media – developing and running campaigns that amplify women+ expert voices for journalists and policy-makers.
- Newsletters & written communications – helping draft, edit and publish our news flashes, for journalists, and our newsletters, for our database community.
- Media Training and Online events – A_Z of event creation: online and in person
- Monitoring & Evaluation – tracking and analysing QW+’s impact for our funders and community.
