The Role

We’re seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead, scale, and optimize a revenue-first strategy for our 400,000+ subscriber list. This person will lead with strategy, initiative, and execution, owning the full lifecycle of our email program to drive consistent, measurable revenue through thoughtful campaigns, precise segmentation, and performance optimization. You’ll collaborate across departments and manage weekly email reporting, with complete visibility and ownership of results and experimentation.

  • Write, edit, and QA email copy that aligns with our brand voice, drives conversions, and delivers value to our audience.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve targeting and customer experience.
  • Manage performance analytics—track open rates, CTRs, conversions, A/B tests, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with design, content, product, and paid media teams to align email with broader marketing campaigns
  • Create, maintain, and optimize funnels (welcome, nurture, cart abandon, re-engagement, etc.) using best practices
  • Ensure email deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and list health
  • Regularly audit and update email infrastructure and automation workflows to ensure performance and efficiency
