MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Coordination & Delivery
 Support the recruitment of at least:
o 3 global team roles
o 4 direct-hire roles in Pakistan
o Partner-supported recruitment for 3 roles in Bangladesh and 5 in Jordan
o Up to 8 roles in two additional countries in a later phase
 Manage all direct recruitment using SDDirect’s recruitment procedures and tools; provide support-only for partner-led recruitment following their systems.
 Coordinate full recruitment lifecycle: o Job posting across platforms (LinkedIn, job sites, social media)
o Initial screening, longlisting, and shortlisting support
o Organising and scheduling interviews and screening calls
o Conducting reference checks and onboarding administration
 Ensure documentation and candidate tracking is up to date
 Liaise with hiring managers, partners, and recruitment leads to ensure transparency, regular updates, and efficient communication
o Maintain organised records in compliance with GDPR and internal protocols

Project Management & Communication
 Develop and maintain recruitment timelines and trackers
 Act as the central communication point between internal teams and partners, ensuring timely flow of accurate information
 Anticipate and flag bottlenecks or delays and work collaboratively to resolve them  Contribute to the design of  recruitment strategies and sourcing plans tailored to diverse geographies

Onboarding and Administration
 Support onboarding and due diligence of selected candidates
 Ensure new hires have access to key systems, documentation, and onboarding plans
 Coordinate closely with HR and Operations teams for contracting and compliance

Person Specification
Essential:

 At least 3 years of experience in a recruiter or recruitment coordination role 
 Experience working in international recruitment, ideally across multiple countries  Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards etc.) and applicant tracking systems 
 Strong diary and task management skills—able to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently
 Proactive communication and stakeholder engagement across cultures and time zones 
 Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail 
 Comfortable working independently and delivering within a part-time work schedule 
 High integrity and commitment to inclusive, transparent recruitment processes
