We are now seeking an experienced and motivated SEAH Investigation Capacity Manager to strengthen global capacity for survivor-centered SEAH investigations
Job purpose
This job will help meet the growing demand for the Investigation Qualification Training Scheme (IQTS) led by CHS Alliance and our partner Humentum, with an initiative to significantly scale up training capacity and to strengthen the sector’s ability to conduct professional, locally led, survivor centered SEAH investigations.
The SEAH Investigation Capacity Manager will be take the lead and provide technical expertise for this new project.
Key responsibilities at a glance:
- Outreach to key stakeholders and representation in relevant bodies to promote a common, victim/survivor-centered approach to SEAH investigations;
- Quality assurance for the scale-up of IQTS training activities, in close cooperation with Humentum;
- Development of a global roster of qualified SEAH Investigators and a Shared Services Investigation Model;
- Establishing and moderating a global Community of Practice or similar platform for qualified Investigators;
- Providing information on victim/survivor-centered approaches and advise organisations on strengthening their SEAH Investigations.
