Political participation
This role is essential in driving Politics4Her's fundraising efforts by identifying grant opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and fostering relationships with current and potential partners. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Grant Team to ensure the successful implementation of funding strategies that align with our mission to empower young women and foster feminist movements globally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Write and submit high-quality grant proposals and funding applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant deadlines, requirements, and reporting timelines.
  • Collaborate with program teams to align funding needs with grant deliverables.
  • Build and nurture relationships with donors, foundations, and partner organizations.
  • Monitor grant implementation, ensuring compliance with funding agreements.


Qualifications:


  • Mandatory - Six months experience in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit project management.
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the NGO funding ecosystem.
  • Background in Business administration, Management, Finance, Journalism or a related field desirable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with feminist principles and gender-focused programming is a plus.
