Responsibilities
Content & methodology development
Project manage and guide an ongoing co-creation process with investment practitioners, target audience (‘user’) representatives and key stakeholders to develop and further refine the universal, transparent and currently under development 2X Certification mechanism for distinct audiences
Oversee the creation of user guides to Certification and related knowledge management products and amplification activities (virtual, in-person, published content)Maintain a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) for the 2X Certification mechanism
Operational & strategic
Co-create the data and underlying technological components of the certification platform
Project manage the implementation of the pilot certification projects in collaboration with partners
Manage all 2X Certification workstream and operations
Broader stakeholder management
Support the development of partnerships with certification partners including industry bodies, field-building organisations and gender lens investing advisory firm.
Engage with industry stakeholders and other standard setting organisations and rating agencies (ISSB, GRI, GIIN/IRIS+) to ensure industry alignment
Support the overall communications and amplification strategy including amplifying the foundation of tools, reports, frameworks
Skills and Experiences
Deep familiarity and experience with the global field of gender lens investing across markets, asset classes, regions, sectors and instruments
Broad understanding of the 2X Criteria and underlying indicators, including their practical usage in investment contexts
Experience and interest in impact management and measurement (IMM) and how standards have an impact on what good looks like
