Plan International UK is seeking a dynamic Climate-Health expert to support the development of a gender-transformative, youth-centred programme exploring the intersection of climate change and health. The consultant will deliver a literature review, review and edit concept notes, co-design participatory workshops with country offices, and integrate findings into a final proposal. This short-term consultancy runs from June to July 2025. Applicants should have expertise in climate-sensitive health risks, experience in proposal development, and knowledge of youth-led, rights-based approaches.
