We are a feminist, youth-led global organization committed to advancing youth sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) through advocacy, capacity building, and movement building. We work to amplify youth voices—especially those in the Global South—in regional and global spaces, including UN processes and human rights mechanisms.
Our values are grounded in intersectional feminism, anti-racism, decoloniality, collective care, and youth leadership. We aim to reimagine power and accountability in our work, our movements, and our governance.

  • Facilitate the ongoing transformation of the Board of Directors and support the development of feminist, anti-racist governance practices
  • Promote transparent, collective, and trauma-informed decision-making
  • Act as a liaison between staff and Board, ensuring clarity in roles, values, and mutual support

SRHR Advocacy, Movement Building & Coalitions
  • Represent the organization in SRHRJ advocacy spaces, including UN processes (e.g., CPD, HRC, CSW)
  • Lead and grow strategic coalitions, alliances, and partnerships, particularly with youth-led, feminist, and decolonial groups in the Global South
  • Advance our movement-building strategy, ensuring local, regional, and global alignment
  • Provide political and strategic direction to advocacy initiatives and public positioning

Organizational Development & Team Leadership
  • Oversee internal systems, staffing, and operations with a collective care and feminist lens
  • Support the team’s development and wellbeing
  • Strengthen organizational structures for ethics, resilience, and sustainability
  • Manage tensions and transitions with clarity, humility, and accountability
  • Support and lead the transformation of the Board of Directors of the organization

Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
