About Us

ERA – LGBTI Equal Rights Association for Western Balkans and Turkey is a Regional Association of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex, and queer organizations from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Turkey.

Our projects range from community development to advocacy and capacity-building initiatives. As part of our commitment to organizational excellence, we are seeking proposals from qualified consultancy firms to provide Project Management & Digital Transformation services tailored to the needs of NGOs.

Scope of Work

The selected consultancy firm will be expected to deliver the following services:

  • Design and Delivery of an Extensive NGO-Focused Project Management Training
    • Develop a comprehensive curriculum covering all key aspects of project management within the nonprofit sector.
    • Facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions, ensuring that participants gain practical skills and knowledge.
    • Customize training materials to address the unique challenges and requirements faced by NGOs.
  • Project Planning and Structuring
    • Collaborate with our project teams to create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for both ongoing and upcoming projects.
    • Develop Gantt Charts to map out project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
    • Configure and maintain projects in Microsoft Project, ensuring seamless oversight and reporting mechanisms.
  • MS Project and Planner Training
    • Provide in-depth training on Microsoft Project and Planner, enabling our staff to effectively plan, track, and manage project milestones.
    • Offer post-training support and troubleshooting to ensure ongoing confidence and proficiency in these tools.
  • Integration of Digital Tools (MS 365 and MS Project)
    • Establish a cohesive digital ecosystem that integrates Microsoft 365, MS Project, and other relevant platforms.
    • Create guidelines, processes, and best practices for effective collaboration within our NGO.
  • Consultancy and Advisory on Project Management & Digitalization
    • Advise the management team on best practices in project management, process optimization, and digital transformation.
    • Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of project workflows to recommend improvements.
    • Provide strategic insights to align digital tools and methodologies with the NGO’s overarching mission and goals.
Required Qualifications & Expertise

We invite consultancy firms that possess:

  • Technical Proficiency in MS 365 and MS Project
    • Expertise in configuring, deploying, and training teams on MS Project, MS Planner, and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.
    • Ability to integrate digital tools to create a seamless project management ecosystem.
  • Strong Training & Facilitation Skills
    • Experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs (both in-person and online).
    • Skilled at adapting content to different learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
  • Consulting & Advisory Background
    • Proven ability to conduct needs assessments, identify process gaps, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Certifications & Credentials
    • A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with emerging project management and digitalization trends.
