Your mission
As a Program Coordinator for this project, your mission is to implement a program designed to prevent child marriage by working closely with schools and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the Marrakech-Safi region. You will manage program operations, build partnerships, facilitate training, and lead advocacy efforts to create lasting change in attitudes and norms surrounding child marriage.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Gender Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in program coordination, particularly in gender-based advocacy or education.
Fluency in Moroccan Arabic and advanced English; advanced French is highly desirable.
Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with local communities, CSOs, and government entities.
Strong experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M+E) to track program impact and outcomes.
Leadership and team management capabilities, along with exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other relevant software applications, including CRM systems.
