Ipas is in the process of refreshing our network strategy. Our vision and mission remain the same; this refresh will integrate learning and up-to-date approaches from our work, and innovation in the field, and better articulate our value-add and impact to partners and donors. As part of this process, we are developing an integrated external relations strategy to drive organizational growth and communications from July 2025- June 2030. We intend to do this in two phases, considering the timing of Ipas’s refreshed network strategic framework, which is expected by May 31, 2025. The phases are:
· Phase 1: February – June 2025: Gather information and do the groundwork for Phase 2. This RFP is for implementing Phase 1.
· Phase 2: July – September 2025: Lead a team of stakeholders to develop the integrated strategy.
We are seeking a skilled consultant/consulting firm with extensive experience working cross-culturally with an international group to lead phase 1. Competitive consultants will have expertise in international fundraising and communications, the SRHR, gender, human rights, reproductive justice, and global health spaces, networked organizations, and intersectionality.
