Primary Responsibilities:
Program implementation and management 
  • Partners with Corporate Engagement Senior Director to identify programmatic elements, deadlines and deliverables 
  • Develops and maintains relationships with colleagues and vendors to build and support tech tools for relationship management
  • Sets up project management systems and workback plan templates  
  • Updates systems and templates as needed
  • Helps identify and secure needed resources for implementation
  • Coordinates and collaborates with other teams to identify and secure speakers, expertise, etc. for program-related events, webinars, and resources
  • Oversees the successful planning, implementation, and execution of multiple projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, on-time, on budget, and within scope.  
Program strategy  
  • Partners with Corporate Engagement Senior Director to build out strategy and plan for its implementation
  • Ensures regular check-ins across functions to collaborate, share strategic goals, and gather feedback
  • Sets key checkpoints against strategic goals
  • Helps manage Board Task Force and “kitchen cabinet” of advisors to weigh in on strategic questions and priorities as needs arise
Relationship management and tracking
  • Works with CRR Technology Support Services and/or vendors to build out and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system for corporate engagement 
  • Tracks growing corporate community, proactively prompting next steps and calls to build and deepen relationships
  • Tracks collaboration with coalitions (e.g. Don’t Ban Equality) and coalition partners to ensure we contribute and follow up
  • Evangelizes use of the CRM with others throughout the organization
  • Promotes CRM use and provides needed CRM support to members of corporate engagement team  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8-10 years’ professional experience required  
  • Proven experience developing and iterating on project templates and plans. Experience with project management software like Monday.com preferred; exposure to agile project management approaches welcomed 
  • Proven experience setting up and maintaining CRM. Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required.
